I wanted to add on food in the drive thru because I forgot to order for my husband. The staff at the window I picked my food up at refused to let me purchase additional hash browns. She told me she could not take an I order at the window. I have never had this problem at any other McDonald's.

I wish I can give a zero but.... I go early in the a.m. or at least try to. The store supposedly opens at 5:00 but at 5:15 no one answers the drive-thru and doors are locked. And this happened about 4 times in Dec & again today 12 Jan.

Called about Hot Tea I picked up. Didn’t realize they just tossed the tea bags in the bag and not in the cup. My mistake??♂️ Didn’t realize this location doesn’t do it, the one I normally go to does. Guy told me I had to steep it myself, and hung up. The kinda answer and attitude that makes some eligible for hot water to the face in less classier neighborhoods. The disrespect is much appreciated. I’m sure I’ll figure out how their electric works in the next coming week or two.

I visited this establishment. Was a routine for breakfast and sometimes lunch repeatedly. Unfortunately repeatedly the price of steadily gone up the portions have gone down. A hash brown for 2.79? I will not subscribe to this. I will never visit McDonald's again .
