The customer service at the front was so horrible that I left. With that being said, I am not sure the food is still worth the travel. I had my family (party of 5) coming to try the food for the first time, and the cashier ruined it. I'll wait another 3 years before I visit🤷🏾♂️

I have been going to Napoli's since I was a teenager, I'm now in my 50s. I have never had a complaint until today. I ordered 2 pizzas, a cheese and a works. I requested the works to be well done. Unfortunately it wasn't. The pizza was soggy. The cheese pizza wasn't even a circle and the crust which is usually my favorite part , was not good at all. Something was also off with the sauce. This is not the pizza I remember. Maybe this was just a bad day. , We did eat the pizza, but it will be awhile before I decide to go back

Used to eat here back in the 80s and 90s. In town visiting and decided to stop in. It's just as good as I remember!! And now my kids a fan of napolis fan, too

I've been a regular here whenever traveling to the area for work. Wonderful greek food and affordable prices. The staff is always pleasant and the food always tastes great! Plenty of parking the strip mall.

Pizza always so good. Only down side it's so good everyone in the area knows about it and sometimes it can take up to 50 minutes to get your pizza but its definitely worth the wait.

Ordered Chicken parm & chicken piccata. Chicken on chicken parm not breaded & no seasoning just bland. Plus there was ground beef in the sauce and two meatballs on top, very weird. Idk maybe they gave us the wrong dish or maybe it was meat sauce - still weird. We couldn’t eat, just tossed it all in trash. Total waste of money. Did eat the two meatballs they were just ok but better than the chicken. Chicken piccata was meh, I was able to eat it. Nothing to write home about. Now I’m afraid to try the pizza in spite of the good pizza reviews. It’s disappointing because I was hoping this would be a good experience.
