The customer service at the front was so horrible that I left. With that being said, I am not sure the food is still worth the travel. I had my family (party of 5) coming to try the food for the first time, and the cashier ruined it. I'll wait another 3 years before I visit🤷🏾♂️
I have been going to Napoli's since I was a teenager, I'm now in my 50s. I have never had a complaint until today. I ordered 2 pizzas, a cheese and a works. I requested the works to be well done. Unfortunately it wasn't. The pizza was soggy. The cheese pizza wasn't even a circle and the crust which is usually my favorite part , was not good at all. Something was also off with the sauce. I've been a regular here whenever traveling to the area for work. Wonderful greek food and affordable prices. The staff is always pleasant and the food always tastes great! Plenty of parking the strip mall.
