The food is tasty most times depending on who is actually cooking it. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired. It's better to call or order online for timeliness because they make the food fresh. I can't complain about the service because the staff was cordial, but the exception is the staff seemed eager to get you out of the way to accommodate other customers. All in all, the experience was ok but it has changed a great deal since they opened.

Train your staff a little bit better when you’re ordering food. Do you want the small or regular? Which type of noodles do you want with your order? Good customer service goes a very long way.

The food was average great service, took a little bit very friendly. But company is UnAmerican they support multiple genders and getting young kids asking parents to explain strange sign. Never will go to another Noodles and Company, I didn't see the sign before ordering sucked.

My problem is on the menu it say penne rosta with spinach and parmesan cheese chicken but when you complete the order everything is priced separately. This needs to be corrected on the menu.

They have more than just noodles. The food is good and flavorful. Order ahead and pick up in store for fastest service. If you order at the counter, it is still quick. Food is always hot. Customer service is good.
