My problem is on the menu it say penne rosta with spinach and parmesan cheese chicken but when you complete the order everything is priced separately. This needs to be corrected on the menu.

They have more than just noodles. The food is good and flavorful. Order ahead and pick up in store for fastest service. If you order at the counter, it is still quick. Food is always hot. Customer service is good.

Came got penne rosa pasta with parm chicken. They forgot to put parm chicken on my pasta. When i called back, the lady said come back next time and talk to the manager and they would replace my order as it was after business hours that day. I went back 2 days ago and Everyone denied that. Its not about $10 order but its the principle. The guy that was at the counter even called the manager and she said she dont remember that.

Absolutely horrible place to be employed. I got a interview in which after the interview the general manger sandriane ( I’m not sure exactly how to spell her name) was blatantly ignoring my text/ calls every time I tried contacting her, she dragged the hiring process for almost a month then completely ghosted me. She also told me her grandma passed and that’s the reason she wasn’t responding and she was taking multiple days off work, a day later I called the store to ask for her because I figured she was lying and she was in the store working and told the person on the phone to tell me to call her back later ( I’m guessing she said that because I clocked her lying about her grandmothers death. Absolutely ridiculous ) when I tried calling her back she didn’t answer at all. IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO BE EMPLOYED HERE THINK TWICE THIS LADY IS COMPLETELY NUTS‼️‼️

Ordered a Caesar salad with sautéed shrimp. The lettuce was wilted, brown, and slimy. I was very displeased and went back to express my dissatisfaction. The young lady on the register apologized and the young gentleman offered to make another salad. I’m guessing once he returned and asked if I wanted something else meant the rest of the salad inventory was in the same condition. I gave 2 stars because they wanted to fix ii and I ended up getting something else but this is the last time for me at this location.
