Shout out to the Manager who worked afternoon/evening shift on Valentine's Day!!!There were recurring issues with the cash register, but the manager remained calm and professional. Due to the cash register issues, I was unable to collect my points on the app, so she offered me a coupon for a free meal.It was my mother-in laws first time at a Noodles & Co, and it also happened to be her birthday! Although my mother-in-law signed up for the app while we were there, the manager offered her a birthday dessert!We were just really appreciative of the manager's efforts to make our experience pleasurable!

Ordered my Food at the register stating I was going to eat in. I received my Order Only to Find out They had NO Silverware, AKA FORKS. When I asked about this I was told they TRY to tell Folks when Ordering. There is a Safeway Around the Corner , How hard is it to go buy Some SMH. Worst Serve/ Attitude From Working they acted like I wanted my Food Free when All i want was to Be able to Eat it.

I always go to this location after work, the staff is always friendly, food is always done fast (usually way faster than expected, even when busy). The food is top notch every time, it's like they can't miss! Jackie is always super helpful when I go in. Overall great establishment 10/10 will always recommend.

It took damn near 10 mins for my order to be taken and nobody was in line but me. The restaurant needs a good sweeping and the trash was over flowing. It wasn't packed so I'm not sure why there was nobody designated to clean up the dining area. Next the food. Order dumplings and noodles.

Ordered a bowl found hair in my food,after a bite and then they want me to play detective and ask me where the hair is. The hair is in the food barely even ate the food really was just looking through it because most people look at their food before eating I could see if it was all eaten but took two a bite saw hair and no one has on hairnets so won’t be coming back here then really asked me where the hair is like but you didn’t want me to play detective after already making new bowl just make sure you look at your door before eating
I usually visit once a week for lunch while I'm working in the area. Jacaranda, the assistant manager, is amazing. She is personable and efficient. In fact, Jacaranda always remembers my usual order and makes sure I get the best quality food. great memory and great personality!!

This place is an absolute disgrace. We ordered online. The food was supposed to be ready in 10-15 mins. We arrived a few minutes after the expected time and the food was not ready. It took another almost 20 minutes for the food to be ready. There was not a line. There was not a lot of people waiting to be served. But there was a chef that you could see just sitting on his cell phone in the back laughing and giggling away as our food still wasn't being prepared. This is not our first time in there or our first time being disappointed. We decided to give them another try after not having been in quite some time. We will not patronize or recommend this place again.

This isn't the first time the service and my order has been messed up. It took me 6 months to try them again and guest what. My order was messed up again. They are a train wreck! First I ordered online with a pick up time of 10-15 Minutes. I walked in and half of my food was on the counter made and the last dish wasn't. 30 minutes later they cooked my last dish. Now all the other food is cold.. all they said was I'm sorry, they didn't offer to remake it or make any amends. I get home and my order is incorrect. I ordered two proteins (there was none in my order), I ordered extra sauce and there was none. Needless to say, I will never step foot in the Waldorf location again and I will let everyone who will listen know to not patronize that location. They messed up twice and offered nothing for their incompetence.
