While I had to ask for my pizza to be reheated some. Which has happened in the past at sometimes probably due to the type of pizza I ordered. The server who I believe is named Morgan had the best personality of anyone I have dealt with in customer service ever. Very cheerful and polite. That alone earns repeat business.

I am a pizza fanatic. I have tried multiple pizza restaurants all over Maryland. OBO is by far the best. They add the perfect amount of cheese and sauce, and they cook the crust perfectly. I only wish they added garlic sauce to the menu.
I don’t know who the woman is that has answered the phones during the night shifts for the past 2 Fridays (7/5 & 7/12), but she either needs to be taken off the phone's, or fired all together. She was very rude both times. My family has been going to this place for years, and the service was always great. She rushes you off the phone, and sounds like she doesn’t want to be there. She just kept saying is that it, is that it or yup. My tip is, that you should hire someone who wants to be there, and treat your customers with respect. Even if you don’t want to be there, FAKE IT! I will make sure to let everyone know about the type of service they will receive if they decide to come to this establishment. It’s such a shame how this place is now from what it was before. Absolutely rude and I’m pretty sure this isn’t the first time this has happened! Or last time.

The place is clean and they make the food with love. Its soooooooo good. Chicken cheesesteaks and pizzas are what we like. You can see that they take care of their kitchen which is probably why the food is so good.
