My favorite Caribbean carryout! I am a frequent customer. It just feels authentic. I am a big fan of the oxtail and rice and peas. The jerk wings are good just super spicy. Roti is good but sometimes it's a bit hardened (not surprising if it's being warmed all day at a mall takeout spot). Sorrel is SO GOOD. Lots of ginger, which I love.

The worst service ever I waited over 45 mins for my food and it was still disgusting even if the food was good I would never go back . How do you have a food stall in the mall with premade food and waits are 45-1hr . Hire more help

Probably the worst Jamaican food I’ve ever had. I don’t like reviewing businesses but I have to say the rice was mushy and unseasoned. The oxtail lacked seasoning. Jamaicans love using browning to get color for the meat but it still shouldn’t stop you from adding seasoning. Very disappointed and I went there with low expectations because I’ve only ever had good Jamaican food in Jamaica and Brooklyn NY, but I still was hopeful. Sad to say even at my low expectations I was still disappointed.

I ordered oxtail lunch with rice and cabbage and found a rubber band with hair in it 😭. It tasted good before I found that though.
If you ordered oxtail at all on 4/17 you ate out a batch that had hair and a rubber band.

Bad customer service and slow with preparation of the order they told me 15 mins for salmon after 25 I asked what the hold up was they told me they forget to put it in the oven and it would take an additional 20 mins no discount no apology no added incentive to continue to wait or return VER AGAIN please steer clear of this place if you like friendly compassionate service or you would rather not wait 45 mins for food in the mall or anywhere that doesn’t have a waiter

These young people have no idea how to greet customers, speak to the customer when spoken to, or just be kind. I try my best to suppprt small black owned business but they are making it vey hard for the customer to want to spend their money there. I hope the necessary changes are made soon for this business.

Ordered two plates of the combo chicken/ salmon Rasta pasta and they gave us 1 chicken Rasta pasta and 1 order of the correct item which was the combo but charged us for 2 combo plates . We were told not would take 15 min and it took 30 minutes.. the chicken was and pasta was hard and it had too many onions.. very disappointed and would not eat from there again what a waste of money

Once again, Ocean Blui Grill delivered quality food and large portions. I've ordered from them for 6 years now. I will take time to claim they are the best Jamaican food I've had in my life. This unsuspecting mall location happens to be the best. Low key. Customer service is good and beats the other local Jamaican spots that serve inconsistent portions, sometimes rude, and have a franchise mentality. Ocean Blui Grill has flavor, portions size, and sauce. Look at my photo. What other restaurants still sells Ox Tails this big for this low price? Ocean Blui is undiscovered GOLD! Thank you.
