The young lady that waited on us was amazing and the was so good. If there was anything wrong it was priced a little high for a pasta dish

The food was fantastic but the service was a bit slow. We were able to get our order in quick but after that our waiter was a ghost. We sat there with empty drinks and no food for a solid 15 minutes

Really good food I had the classic lasagna and was just perfect, couldn't eat it all, plus a couple of Italian sausages. She had the fried pasta, and meatballs. Do stop in.

Standard stuff. Ok, so this was a bit off, but at 3:35 p.m. on a Sunday, and it was packed. Was there a function or a group there? Nope, the hostess confirmed that it was just weirdly busy.
We get to our table and it takes 15 minutes before someone at the table goes and hails the hostess that no one had even come by to get our drink order. After that though, the service felt pretty normal.
Food was uh, ok. It's always ok. I used to love Olive Garden as a kid and craved their salad and chicken scampi, but after I became an adult, I noticed now that their cream sauces really lack any meaningful flavor, and this is across multiple restaurants. If you make a mushroom sauce, make the sauce taste like mushrooms instead of just hucking them in. The gnocchi soup was still great, as was the minestrone soup, although the ratio of everything was off with the second bowl of the latter. Olive Garden is both weirdly consistent and weirdly inconsistent in that way.

My soup had barely anything in it other than broth. The lady who took the order seemed to be annoyed by the people ahead of me and me.
The lady wanted something I guess, when she return she just dropped it in the bag, no eye contact no thank you no see you, and turn her back to her to face her screen. For me called my name handed me my bag of food and walked away. I had to wait for her to return so I can ask for utensils that were missing from my bag, to go orders are not always to be taken home. Some pp order for work or hospital patients, what am I supposed to drive k my soup with or eat my lasagna with my fingers like fries?
I don't know, management may need a hospitality retraining.
