Shoutout to Sean and Napaj at the bar at Outback Steakhouse. The Saturday night bartending crew was great, and Sean was especially attentive—always checking in, quick with drinks, and on top of everything even while busy. Excellent service and a great vibe. Would definitely sit at the bar again.
We arrived shortly after opening. We were promptly greeted by the waitress. The service was immaculate. The food was excellent and we'll be back!

Unfortunately I have to give today’s experience a 2. The food itself would have been a 5 had the wings not been served room temperature. In spite of the lukewarm temperature they were still very good. My Delmonico steak was perfect. The reason for the low review is due to the lackluster overall service. My husband and I waited about 20 minutes to be seated and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. The greeter was decent but nothing particularly impressive and even worse was the server who was still tipped 22% because I could tell she is overworked and not supported at all. The server was visibly pregnant and we watched her working tirelessly bringing out plates of food, waiting on several tables at once and moving rapidly trying to accommodate everyone. That poor girl looked like she wanted to be anywhere else in the world . There was not a single staff member who smiled or appeared happy to be working there. The vibe was so gloomy and dark that I just prayed the food wouldn’t reflect the energy. Fortunately it didn’t. Perhaps the corporate office should look at the management at this location and retrain. A big part of the customer experience is the quality of customer service provided. This location leaves a lot to be desired. We’ll go to Laplata if we feel like Outback again.

I has a wonderful experience on my visit with family. We ordered wings (ALL FLATS) They was flat out Wonderful. Customer Service was on Point. Overall every about my visit was Awesome. I will be coming back sooner than later.

Don't order to go food they will not come out side you have to leave your car in the line to ask for it and when you do you will get a major attitude like you walked in the front door to their house. With 5 people standing around talking in take out you would think 1 person could keep an eye out for cars that pull up
