I came to pick up a DoorDash order, but two employees made fun of me. When people like that are present in a restaurant, customers who come to dine in and pick up orders become uncomfortable and unhappy. That's why the restaurant owner needs to teach them how to treat their customers.

My husband and I went to Outback on July 31 to have dinner, everything was fine until I asked for a slice of cheesecake to go, but then realized I meant carrot cake which I relayed to the waitress when she returned. Of course, she had an attitude because I changed my mind. She didn’t say anything but I could tell from her facial expressions.
She didn’t bring the cheesecake back with her but she grabbed the receipt off the table ( which I thought she would change) and returned with the carrot cake (which I love) and my husband put it in the bag. The cheesecake was still listed on the receipt, so I don’t know why she was so frazzled.
Anyway, when I got home I took the leftovers out the bag along with the carrot cake and a quarter of it was missing. I was pissed and called my granddaughter to complain telling her I was going to complain on Yelp. She told me to call which I did and spoke with the manager and she was supposed to credit my account but that didn’t happen, so that’s why I’m writing this.
REMEMBER NOT TO SEND FOOD BACK AND ALSO LOOK AT YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING. I HAVE ATTACHED A PICTURE OF THE DELICIOUS CARROT CAKE THAT I EAS AFRAID TO EAT SINCE A QUARTER OF IT WAS MISSING.

Had a well seasoned and perfectly cooked filet from Waldorf last night, compliments to the Chef (someone who is just a ‘cook’ could not do that!) I will be back!!

I ordered one steak and two Caesar salads with grilled chicken. There were only 5 grilled nuggets in a cup. My entire order was 54⁰⁰??? I feel slighted, taken advantage of.

We had a pickup order. Everything was cooked perfectly. It tasted like we were in the restaurant. They forgot our kids' OJ, but they brought it out once we brought it to their attention. We didn't have to wait long.

6.27.25 I came in a little after 2pm and the Bar area was not full. The female bar tender / waiter does not greet and make it a priority of service. I ordered a drink — clearly empty and one would assume a refill or water would be offered. She is very non attentive. This is now the second time I had this experience with this young lady. Very disappointing

The service was beyond excellent! We ordered the shrimp appetizer. It was quite nice and enough to take some leftovers home. I ordered the rib eye medium rare, and my friend got the prime rib with asparagus and mashed potatoes.
For my sides, I ordered a chop salad and loaded mashed potatoes. The food was very good. I truly enjoyed my meal.
My friend and I had a great time catching up. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

My food was not good. The coconut shrimp was awful my sweet potato overrrrr cook my broccoli was fair I want my money back. What a waste soooo disappointing 😞
