I pulled up to the window around 959pm and sitting on the food prep station onto a box of Teriyaki Sauce is a red box that may or may not contain a pair 8.5 New Balance Shoes. This was a real bad idea Panda Express. I won't be back

Nothing to really complain about food-wise. They can't compare with a real Chinese place, but for a drive through fast food chain they're acceptable. The new juice/tea drinks leave a lot to be desired; they taste like concentrate that was supposed to be significantly watered down & have a very chemically aftertaste that sits on the back of your tongue. Sad that I have to pass on them, since the peach-lychee flavor is always an easy get for me otherwise. The employees do strike me as being very stressed out & stretched thin, which tells me there's probably management issues going on.

My husband Ordered chow mein and spring roll for delivery through the door dash app. We tried to call the restaurant phone# after ordering to ask them to include soy sauce, which is basic. no one answered the phone. When order was received there was no soy sauce at all included,!!!!!! I will never order from this place again!! I am so glad I didn't make a larger order.

They have the same menu at all of them. The food is still good and I go back from time to time. Quick and good price for the amount of food you get. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rjeybwill answer any questions and make recommendations for you if you ask. Drive through, walk in, order online.

I ordered from Uber eats and when I got my food it was hard and stale the chicken was over cooked
The portion sizes are small. If your dish includes meat and veggies you will get 90%veggies and 10%meat/protein. I actually watched the lady serving me go around the meat to intentionally give me a 90/10 ratio. I'm starting to think they're trained to do that at this location.

Such a level of disrespect for in store customers!! When we walked in there was ONE (1) customer ahead of us, nearly 15 minutes later we walked out with our food. I watched the customer in front of us wait for at least 5 online customers orders being filled while the server was repeatedly interrupt by the drive through crew. After hea was served the server returned to the station the another list of 7 - 10 tickets that she filled before taking care of us!!
Your performance metrics need to in lude time to service not only for drive-in and online, but walk-in customers too!!
