My receipt is correct but my food order isn't. They served the people inside faster than the drive thru. That was ok because I didn't want to go inside, but now I wish I had. Minds disappointed because I paid for a plate that I'm not going to eat.

I went here and ordered my meal. Got the white rice on the side. Got home, there was no white rice.
Called them, they asked for my receipt.
I told them I didn't have one so the manager went to speak with the girl on the window who admitted she forgot to give me my rice. (I'm not blaming her and appreciate her saying so) The manager said it was done and to come in and get it and they would leave a note since I couldn't come back that day.
When I came in to get it they refused to give me my rice with out a receipt. Make sure to check your orders before leaving the store because they clearly don't care about fixing it 🙁

Panda Express in Waldorf, Maryland, hit the spot for my Chinese food cravings. I wasn’t in the mood for a full sit-down experience with a waiter, so grabbing something fast yet flavorful from Panda Express was the perfect choice.
From the moment I walked in, the service stood out — quick, friendly, and efficient. One nice touch was that they had pre-made drinks chilling on ice, which sped up the ordering process even more. I went with a classic plate: orange chicken, shrimp, and chow mein, paired with a refreshing watermelon-flavored beverage. The meal was solid — I’d rate it a 4 out of 5. The food was hot and well-prepared, though I’ve had slightly better flavor and texture at a few other Panda Express locations, so I’d say this one falls right in the middle in terms of overall quality.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-organized, with a good flow for both dine-in and takeout customers. Parking wasn’t an issue either — there’s plenty of space, which makes it easy to stop by even during busier hours. For the price, the portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.

So, I haven't had one bad experience with this location until tonight. I pulled up to the window around 959pm and sitting on the food prep station onto a box of Teriyaki Sauce is a red box that may or may not contain a pair 8.5 New Balance Shoes. This was a real bad idea Panda Express. I won't be back
Nothing to really complain about food-wise. They can't compare with a real Chinese place, but for a drive through fast food chain they're acceptable. The new juice/tea drinks leave a lot to be desired; they taste like concentrate that was supposed to be significantly watered down & have a very chemically aftertaste that sits on the back of your tongue. Sad that I have to pass on them, since the peach-lychee flavor is always an easy get for me otherwise. The employees do strike me as being very stressed out & stretched thin, which tells me there's probably management issues going on.

My husband Ordered chow mein and spring roll for delivery through the door dash app. We tried to call the restaurant phone# after ordering to ask them to include soy sauce, which is basic. no one answered the phone. When order was received there was no soy sauce at all included,!!!!!! I will never order from this place again!! I am so glad I didn't make a larger order.
