The drive thru takes so LONG ! since the location moved this place has became a Mc Donald's just classless and the staff doesn't know anything about customer service. Everytime I order pick up it's never on the shelf or I do a drive thru pick up it's always delayed. Bring back the old Panera bread and staff I actually enjoyed the service and felt good about buying from this business.

I love Panera, the food is delicious. The only issue I have is they never answer the phone. I've been trying to call for days because of something missing from my order, but have yet to get anyone on the phone. I'm sure it's too late to get reimbursed or have a replacement made, but they need to do better at answering calls.

One star only because here lately the location in Waldorf, MD has been giving mostly bread in the sandwiches. I got a BLT with 1 yes ONE slice 9f bacon. I also got a caprice cheese sandwich with a dollop of mozzarella cheese. How do you go up on prices and skimp on ingredients? SHRINKFLATION!! Not cool Panera in Waldorf, MD.

Majority of the time the young ladies here working the drive through window are so unwelcoming, and act as if they're doing you a favor. On top of unwelcoming staff, I never get my chips/apple that is supposed to come with my meal. The food is just okay but the service needs much work and demonstrated customer service.

Not too shabby, pretty clean, my cashier had summer on her tag, but Tiffany on the receipt… so, idk. Nevertheless, I ordered the pick two deal. With that toy get a free Apple, baguette, or something else. Either way I ordered the baguette but asked for it to be warmed up, and she was like “oh, I can’t add that in the computer”.. I was like can you ask them in the back… verbally? Like I was so confused. So, while I was waiting the gentleman with the locs in the back asked me if I was waiting for something, and I told him yes, and asked if my baguette could me warmed, he told me I got you, no problem. Thank goodness for him… like dang. Either way, I’d go again… I got chicken noodle soup and a tuna sandwich. The tuna sandwich was perfect, not too crazy about the chicken noodle soup.. I should’ve got the wild rice… that’s better.
What on earth happened to this place? The bakery goods are more like something you’d get from a gas station convenience machine.

Really hope the manger or someone of authority read this! I order the chicken balsamic and grains salad and they forgot to give me the chicken. I get it, mistake happens! What made me highly disappointed is the fact no one is answering the phone! I called this new location in Waldorf 4 times on 9/21 around 7:15 p.m. and no one answers. I know someone is there because I was just in there 20 mins ago. Something has to change because this is poor customer service and I expect and deserve at the minimum, someone to answer the phone call. If that would taken place, I would not have posted this review.
I bought a Cobb salad and there was no meat Had a small piece of Avocado and 1 hardboiled egg cut in half I hope this was a mistake and not the new recipe:(

This location is trash! My orders in the last few months had been hit or miss. Today, I placed an order online for 2 salads and a coffee that totaled nearly $40.
They delivered the wrong order. Instead of apologizing, the staff laughed and acted like he was doing me a favor to remake and redeliver my order.
After waiting nearly an hour, I called to cancel the remake and demand a refund. The manager put me on hold but I heard her talking about me to the person who was supposed to redeliver my order.
When she returned to the phone, I confronted her and she hung up in my ear. I will be escalating this up.
