Food is usually fine but the drive thru wait is ridiculous. one person sitting at the window for 20 minutes. no point in ordering online.
I enjoy the poppy seed salad, the fresh fruit makes the salad.

Most of my catering orders are not ready during the time specified. The purpose of pre-orders is to have them ready. The lateness effects the day. Please improve this area.

I’m giving them a 1 as I ordered lunch it was ready At 1:56 at 4:00 I went over there to cancel it because it was never delivered.The manager never apologized or anything was rude and dismissive. It was appalling. This is the 2nd time I have had issues with them. The last time I never got part of my order and it was never refunded. They never even answer the phone. I had to drive over there. Absolutely awful.

Panera Bread 3070 Technology Pl, Waldorf, MD 20603 I ordered a steak & cheese, 2 cookies, 2 soups, and turkey bravo sandwich. I call myself checking the bag. There was 1 hot sandwich and 1 cold 2 soups and 2 chips. I failed to check for cookies. I get home I eat the soup first. My wife asked, "They didn't give you the dip that usually comes with it". I said, "Well I don't use it anyway". The reason I didn't get the dip because they gave me the wrong sandwich and no cookies. I called and no answer. I drove all the way back pretty upset. I get there, the manager is at the register. I told him I don't know what sandwich this is, but it's not the steak & cheese. The manager took the sandwich and just walked to the back. I asked the cashier, "What's going on am I getting a new sandwich or what, he just walked away"? She said, "He told them to make you a new one". After my sandwich was cooked the cashier just handed me the bag". What kind of courtesy training are they teaching managers? There was no apology, no offering something courtesy for my inconvenience, no nothing, but take the sandwich and go. Customer Service has gone down the drain! I will not return, and I encourage everyone I know and reading this to go somewhere else.

I love the new location. I didn't fully understand their need to relocate into an even larger building but it makes sense now. I enjoyed the Strawberry Walnut Salad and the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup. The soup is my favorite.

I actually love Panera bread and visit this location a few times a month. However, today I just received the most uncomfortable service (not terrible). I placed an advance order and pulled up in the drive through and the attendant had this face and demeanor as if we were wrong for showing up. Then, proceed to tell is it’s $xxx for the order.. after we previously stated we were picking up an advance order. I looked at my spouse and asked if we had paid, yes we did, so I told the young lady and she simply turned around looked at another bag grabbed it, and gave it to me. Great part, the bottom of the bag was wet from something, which was obvious as the bag was dripping. Took it and drove off as it had already been an experience. I think Chick-fillet training is in order here. How about my apologies, here is your order… have a great day.. oh that bags dripping let me get another one for you.

Beautiful outdoor atmosphere, great space indoor to work, food is amazing just like every Panera. My review is based on the staff especially the drive through. Today was the first time in months I received a friendly voice full of patience and great customer service. I thought to myself ohhh they must have restarted but when I went to the window I remembered which location I was at. No smile no hello didn’t ask for my rewards phone number. I requested they input my number then they told me my total I had to ask if I had any rewards then they told me and I received it. The employee seemed upset as they always do when I come to this location. Please improve staffing or train employees to understand what customer service looks like. A smile and friendly hello goes a long way. The customers did nothing to you leave personal problems at home. I travel to different paneras as it’s “my thing” lol and I typically don’t have a problem but this location specifically needs to work on that.
