Ordered delivery at 430. Said it was out for delivery at 5. Then at 530 it said it was delivered. Obviously, it wasn't. I called the store, the manager called the driver and said they'd be there in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes go by, I call again, wait on hold for 10 minutes. Manager informs me that now the driver was in a minor accident. They offered to remake and deliver, which would be another hour.
I don't quite buy the whole story -- the driver clearly scanned the order as delivered when it wasn't, if they were in an accident, it would've happened then. Instead, the manager tells me nothing about an accident the first call and then tells me this after the second call.
I'm not sure why they did this, but I basically waited almost two hours for no reason. Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't order from this store, since it seems like they employ people who couldn't care less (and I get it, it's not a great job, but make an effort at least).

The staff were cool but I ordered a pizza with extra sausage. Didn’t seem like there was extra sausage, there was cheese missing on some slices, and you could hardly taste the pizza sauce. Super disappointed! And then when you ask they can’t fix it. Not sure how I feel about this location anymore.

Order my pizza @ 7:15, called @ 8:15 checking on my pizza rude lady tells me that she's on the way. Asked if my pizza is still going to be hot she said well if it's not we'll just make you another one. After I've already waited all this time. Driver finally shows up at 8:45 I asked her about the pizza being hot she says I don't know I don't all I do is deliver. I've never had this problem before but I guess this is the way they're going.

Pizza XL tasted like a frozen pizza from a box. And they are higher than most chains!

The New York xlarge was just ok. There were a lot of people cramped in a very small space. There was no organization and no one to guide and supervise. They were sweeping where they were throwing pizzza dough in the air. They were answering phones and touching registers and then go back to preparing food. They forgot to prepare my pizza - which I had called in 20 minutes eariler. So many people - not enough work being done. Not cool.

Service and team was OUTSTANDING! Came in with my daughter ordered a cheese free pizza since I’m allergic to milk and the entire team went above and beyond the staff was friendly and had amazing customer service
Pay in cash, if you pre pay they will forget any extras that you were charged for ( happened many times )

Small parking lot. Delivery is hit or miss here. We usally just pick it up. Food is always good and hot. Don't have one near me but this is closest one.
