This is an overall review of Pizza Hut based on an experience I had today. I placed an order through the app and realized immediately after submitting it that it was set for pickup instead of delivery. I called the Waldorf store right away to either cancel the order or change it to delivery.
The automated system instructed me to press 1 to order or modify an existing order, which I did. I explained the issue to the first person, who then placed me on hold. When the next person answered, I had to explain the situation all over again. This cycle repeated about five times. At that point, I realized I wasn’t speaking to the store at all but to a call center.
When the sixth person answered, I explained that I had already spoken to multiple people and was simply trying to reach the store. They hung up on me. By then, I had been on the phone for about 15 minutes.
I called back and experienced the same issues again. Several representatives either claimed they couldn’t hear me and transferred me, or hung up when I asked questions or requested their name. After calling back multiple times, I finally spoke with a woman who actually engaged with me. She took my information and said someone would cancel my order. When I asked how I would know the cancellation was completed, she said someone would call me, which didn’t make sense.
In the end, I had to go to the store and pick up the order myself, which I was trying to avoid because I’m sick. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, and it honestly makes me feel done with Pizza Hut.

After a long day of work, George and Al took really good care of me. Pizza Hut is the best!

No issues. Ordered a few times when I was pregnant. Pizza was always hot and delicious even with delivery. Chicken bites were delicious as well. Garlic bread is missing something, not my favorite.

Ordered Cheese stick for the 4th time ask them each time to make it real cheesy it never happens it's always dried up brown lumpy topping never cheesy 7 Year's ago I used to get cheesy bread sticks every week I'd pull the sticks apart an the cheese 🍕 sticks would be real cheesy when u pull it apart now it's just dry an nothing pulls apart except the bread.very disappointing it started like 4 months ago I kept trying up until last week when I tried again.that the Last straw for me..Every thing is changing guess the cheese sticks has to

We placed an order online through the app and call the store to make changes to the order we tried calling repeatedly when every time an employee would answer the phone and simply hang it up pretending not to hear us on the final attempt someone answered I try to explain I wanted to make a change to my pizza and my wings and was simply a hung up on what is the purpose of this the wings were not done properly had to be recooked crappy service bad employees

Thank you George for your wonderful customer service!! There was a mistake on my order and you made it so easy to have the issue rectified!!
The entire staff is unprofessional especially George and Tristen. Went in store to place an order after being hung up on twice over the phone. Asked to speak to the manager (the fat guy) to give feedback on what issues customers have experienced on our end. He literally says that has nothing to do with him even though it’s your store , your responsibility to problem solve. He walks away and another employee takes my order. I go outside to wait for my food after paying and another customer who was present for everything comes outside to speak to me while we wait. She explains how she understands my frustrations because she too has had the same experiences and also tells me I didn’t say anything wrong nor rude to them. We go back inside and the manager has canceled my order without saying anything and hands me a refund receipt while laughing. This is probably the rudest and most childish staff that I’ve ever encountered, and they don’t belong in customer service.I would just bypass this location and go straight to brandywine if I were you.

Do not order from here just got my order and had hair in my pizza I have blond braids and I’m the only person home. I called the store the person who picked up just went silent and would not respond. And would not try to give me a refund. I didn’t see it until I put it on the plate

I ordered 2 large pepperoni & bacon stuffed crust pizzas with chicken wings ,bread sticks & pasta they delivered me 1 large pepperoni pizza & boneless wings .than when I call to tell them my order is wrong they hung up DONE SPENT $50 on a large pizza & wings
