Recently, their cheese pasta alfredo has had WAY too much seasoning. It’s totally overpowering. I have to scrape off the excess and it’s a whole ordeal. Their pizza and fries are good though

Went inside and paid 40 dollars for pizza and asked if I could get crushed red peppers and told me it was a dollar. Just ridiculous seriously.
My recent visit to the Pizza Hut on Crain hwy was extremely disappointing. Despite being a carry out only location, the overall cleanliness and service were severely lacking. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed the floors and counters looked unkempt. More concerning, I spotted a few bugs crawling around the food preparation area, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. The employee working the front counter had an indifferent attitude and she did not seem to care about providing good customer service. When I raised the issue about the unsanitary conditions, she brushed it off instead of taking it seriously. My pizza itself was mediocre at best, with sloppy toppings that did not match the description. For the prices Pizza Hut charges, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Overall, this Pizza Hut fell incredibly short on maintaining clean facilities, hiring friendly staff, and serving a decent product. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience unless they make drastic improvements to their sanitation and service standards. As customers, we deserve much better than this careless treatment.
