Chicken sitting, asked how long she said 4 minutes. That's not true lol, I was sitting waiting for new batch. Food is Never really fresh. They won't survive.

Even though my main concern is the food court itself that is disgusting, and this is coming from someone who has work experience walking around the back entrance areas that the general public aren't allowed in. But this mall has had an ongoing infestation problem with rats and roaches for YEARS as far back as 2007 if not longer than that. There was once a time a rat even fell out of the ceiling's paneling somewhere in the food court. You're putting your own health at risk by choosing to eat from a mall that has these unsanitary conditions.

Something happened to this Popeye's back on June 15th, 2025 — This mall's Popeye's was temporarily closed for the second time because of a cockroach infestation once again. Seriously, I often ask myself why does anyone still bother to eat at this mall's food court? This mall needs to be condemned already, it's not advised to eat here at the risk of finding roaches or rat droppings or even poison in your food.

Technically even though the whole food court at the Saint Charles Mall is infested, it's just a matter of which fast food areas take care of their stores better than the others. Either way, I wouldn't recommend eating at this Popeye's, or this mall's food court in general.

This is the 2nd time they have given poor quality food. The chicken wrap had more wrap than chicken in it.

Placed and paid for an order through the app earlier this afternoon and when we got there it was closed. You could see several receipts coming out of the register for other app orders.

I had just ordered a meal today ( 3-22-25)and my order was wrong. After I returned to correct my order the manager was very rude and another employee wanted to fight me. This is a poor representation of the company. I will never!! Spend my money at another Popeyes. The costumer service in the Waldorf area TERRIBLE!!
STOP Giving them your hard earned money!!!!!

They hurry you through the drive thru. No smile, look at you like you are bothering them! Food has gone down hill.
