Very beautiful upscale lounge. Food is excellent at an affordable price. Drinks are made well and delicious. The DJ was awesome. Just an all around beautiful establishment. I really had an enjoyable evening! Thanks Pyramid for an awesome experience and I will most certainly be back as well as promote this beautiful lounge to others! Go check the Pyramid Lounge out you will not be disappointed. Nice atmosphere to relax and unwind especially after a day of hard work or a special evening out on a Friday or Saturday.

Service absolutely sucks. Sat at the bar for 30 minutes it was about 20 people in the place in the Bartender never even looked in my direction to ask me if I wanted anything Pricesare absolutely ridiculous

I have been there twice and loved it everytime I went there. The dance floor is a good size the music is awesome and the have a smoking section for smoker's what more can you ask for will be going again

It hours just to get chicken wings and it was so hot in that place. The bands were good and it's a nice big area. Drinks are expensive for a little tiny cup.

First and last time at this establishment. 600$ for a small corner VIP section. Server came to our table only twice to drop our drink and hookah off. Water pitcher was so dirty it looked like tea instead of water. After our first round of drinks we had to go stand in line to order anything else. The only good thing was the wings that we waited an hour and 20 mins for. I just figured being that we paid for VIP we would of at least gotten our orders taken care of for the night. Idk maybe that's at other places. Owner was very unprofessional and front door staff as well. After paying our money we were escorted to the section we would be in. The owner comes over to us and ask did we pay Ummmm well ma'am how did we get to our section when you got someone to personally escort our party to the section Anyways save your money. These people do not have any sort of customer service skills. Waste of my time and money. I could've stayed on our party bus and had more fun

We walked in,no greeting she just looked at us. Since she didn't open her mouth at all, we went to walk around and then she says "Where y'all going?" With a stank attitude like that stank wig she was wearing. I say we are going to the lounge and that it's our first time here. She then just says 30 dollars, we pay and another older woman escorts us to some seats in a corner where you can't see anything. We asked to be moved but she just quickly walked away. Your front of house service could be better. But the place was cute.
