Service was the worse I’ve ever had in a restaurant first of all the employees act as if they didn’t know what they were doing I ordered from the menu and the waiter came back to say we couldn’t order it because it wasn’t on sale until the next day I spoke to the manager and he said he couldn’t give it to me for the sale price because it wasn’t supposed to be in the menu but I could purchase it for a higher price it wasn’t anything he could do about it so I got up and left I think he might’ve thought I would pay more for something that shouldn’t have been advertised

I waited patiently over 15 minutes just for a waitress or waiter to ask me for a drink or to even be offered biscuits. When I did order my food came very late. I am a patient individual and I wouldn’t mind it so much if they were busy, but they weren’t.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit. I ordered a filet, only to quickly realize they were trying to pass off a sirloin as a filet. When you pay filet prices, you expect filet quality, not a cheaper cut being disguised as something it isn’t. To make things worse, the manager in the pink shirt had the nerve to gaslight me, insisting it was a filet when anyone with basic knowledge of steak could tell it wasn’t. This wasn’t just bad service, it was deceptive and insulting. The food practices are misleading and unacceptable. Won’t be returning.
