Food was very good. Bar was a little backed up on Valentine's Day so we didn't receive our drinks until almost the end of our meal. Highly recommend making a appointment on open table for holidays or anytime. Our wait was 15 minutes for a table because we were that early for our reservation other folks walking in were waiting 75 to 90 minutes.

We had a wonderful time at this location. Our waitress, Dana was the best. I ordered the Salmon New Orleans with broccoli and brussel sprouts and it was full of flavor. Not to mention their biscuits. Overall, it was the best experience I've had at Red Lobster in a long time.

On December 9, 2024 spent 3 hours trying to call to make reservations or just ask some questions about a large party coming from my job. No answer just music playing this place has gone to the bottom. Will not have anything here or plan anything with them. Also notified Head Quarters.

Our waiter was the most pleasant part of our experience. The appetizer was cold and the Lobster dish i ordered had absolutely NO flavor. We actually got sick from the food so we will NEVER visit this establishment again. Such a disappointment.

Sadly, this location was understaffed in many areas. We tried to make the best of it, but overall, the food nor the atmosphere was good enough to encourage us to eat there again

I received a gift card to come here for my husband's birthday. I'm so glad I didn't have to waste my own money at this establish, but am truly sorry that the gifter wasted hers.... I handed a birthday cake to the hostess upon arrival. She had no idea what a birthday celebration was and I consequently had to beg for my cake back at the end of the meal. I ordered the admiral's feast which was cold and tasted freezer burned. They didn't even put a cherry in my shirley temple. Bad service, bad food, bad experience.... Why doesn't Red Lobster just close already?

Very nice. The manager was nice, the parking was good. It was a birthday celebration for a seat of 17 people.

I had a horrible experience at Red Lobster in Waldorf, Maryland. When my husband and I first got there, was an employee outside smoking what smelled like weed. Then, the hostess was rude. She didn't ask if we wanted the dining room or the bar. She just sat us at the bar. After we were done our meal, we had about 15 to 20 minutes for our server to come. My husband finally got and went to get her. While we were waiting, the manager looked right at us and ignored us. We qwee so frustrated at this point. The server apologized and said she had only been on the job for 2 weeks. When we were leaving, the hostess didn't address it again. I understand why Red Lobster is losing business. The manager and the staff are unprofessional. I will never go back there again.😡😡😡

This location needs an update. I recommend a total remodeling. It stinks in there. Everything looks old. After eating my salmon, I went outside and threw up. My mom loves Red Lobster. Please remodel it and get rid of the dirty rug. There is but so much the staff can do to keep it clean.

We don't go often, and this visit reminded us why. The food was not good, didn't have any flavor. Dragon shrimp was served with just a drizzle of sauce, shrimp fettuccine had no flavor. The only thing decent was the brussel sprouts and the biscuits.. My husband ordered a premium side of crab Mac and cheese, and look at what was served, looks like Kraft Mac and cheese with a teaspoon of crab meat placed on top. We were very disappointed in this visit.

My experience today was horrible I took my family here and before we ordered the server didn’t bring out any bread so we asked someone else and then our server said we had to be patient but the fact it wasn’t busy why do it take long for bread and when the food came out everything was cold and I was still waiting on my drink not even the manager addressed the situation I will never return here it was a waste of a hour drive they need better management as well as service

Red Lobster let me say this, you would think that you would do your very best to make sure that the food is on point and your drinks, considering many red lobster restaurants has closed.There were so much that wasn't right it would take a day to tell all that was wrong.
Please do a better job!
