Grease. And I mean that as a noun. It is everywhere from the floor, the walls, the table...and assuredly in the air. The service is great though they rely on tablets at every table to automate much of the traditional role associated with a server. I used to eat at the OG Red Robin in Seattle and clearly the franchise model is not working. This place was gross inside and likely just waiting to payout on a workers comp claim due to the conditions. If you want a burger, pick anywhere else.

I was craving a hamburger, and what better place to satisfy that craving than Red Robin! My sister-in-law and I decided to stop by, and let me tell you—the fries were overflowing, and the burgers were absolutely delicious.

On top of the amazing food, the customer service was exceptional. There’s something special about walking into a place and being greeted with genuine kindness. A big shout-out to Jasmine for her courtesy, and warm hospitality—thank you for making our visit even better! Keep up the great work!

The service here was terrible. We were basically ignored by our server who only visited our table two times. When she was at the table she seemed put out to be doing her job. Having worked in food service I have a lot of patience with servers but she was just incredibly rude.

Please stop by and ask for Cory to be your server! He's absolutely FANTASTIC 💯. He treats everybody the same across the board. We never felt like one table of guests were treated better than any other table. Cory was polite, personable and always on point! Don was the Manager who was also on point. We made sure we told Don how much we appreciated him and Cory. I chose to come to Red Robin on our Anniversary because I wanted something with not a lot of fuss...
because I was tired and depressed over loosing my job. My husband, Cory and Don made my day!

Our waitress Tawana was amazing. We didn’t have to ask for anything because she was on top of everything before we could even ask she was already bring us what she knew we needed. The restaurant was nice and clean and the food was fresh and hot.

The Ceasars dressing has too much black pepper in it.
