I like to give corporate business a second chance because employees change. I used to eat here maybe 3 times a month, but after COVID, this place has gone downhill. KITCHEN, READ YOUR TICKETS AND PUT EVERYTHING ON THE BURGER(S). EXPO BAG THE ORDERS PROPERLY. Spending $15 on a burger that wasn't prepared correctly per the guest’s request is insane to me. Plus a tip because everyone deserves a little extra, especially in tough times. I don’t understand why the past three trips here have not been good.

The food is amazing. Unlimited fries and drinks too? And not just regular fountain drinks, some special drinks like strawberry lemonade, which other places consider premium. My family had a great time and really enjoyed the food. 10/10 will be back.

Me and my family decided to go for a bite it was 3 of us including my son the food is horrible service is poor we return the ribs more than once the ribs full of fat please let me know if you will eat this

I take grandkids twice a month. Each visit i have to keep requesting fries. The advertisement says bottomless fries.

Dined in on NYE with family and ended up ordering their chicken; the service and atmosphere was sublime in the simplest terms. Our server Debbie was really kind and professional! I don’t go out often so I was really nervous but she was so sweet

This is the WORST service I have EVER had. Our server was rude, she forgot things repeatedly and when we kindly reminded her - oh boy she was snarky! She had zero clue what was going on. Walking back and forth on the kitchen line doing absolutely nothing while all her tables needed refills, their checks, napkins, or were missing meals, etc. I could visibly see other tables of hers were irritated as well. You could barely hear her because she was wearing a mask, however, I appreciate someone wearing a mask if they are sick as I have a new baby. We never got refills on our drinks. Our food was cold and orders were incorrect. She didn’t do a quality check. We had a coupon and it took her 15 mins to find a manager so she could apply it to our bill. She was loudly complaining about management and the kitchen on the floor. If she had been able to find a manager, I would have asked to speak with them because of the insane contrast to our previous visits. I’m highly disappointed.

I wish I could have left a review on my husband’s account because we visited this location 8 months ago and had a COMPLETELY different experience and left a 5 star review.

Didn't like the chicken wasn't fully cooked I like my chicken well done fried hard it's very tasty and good that way....

My server was hustling to check on everyone and the food came out quick. It was a good experience.

Walked in today to order the fish and chips around 345pm,the young lady says it would be ready in 10-15 minutes,at 4 10pm I go back and it isn’t ready,then about 420 they give me my food,so many bad experiences from these restaurants in Waldorf I know to look at my food before I leave,it was a handful of fries and 2 small pieces of cod ,I was furious, the young lady says it should be four pieces,so upset wasted my time so I just asked for money back.Manager came to register,never asked any questions or apologized. When you order take out they give you anything!!!!! Check your Food!!!

Came in for dinner after flying onto town. Renee was on the bar and took care of everything, she's a real pro. She was incredibly welcoming and even had another batch of fries ready before I even asked. I'd fly in again to sit at a bar she's working.
