I have been sitting waiting for take out and it's be well over 30-40 minutes...I haven't seen anyone wash there hands but touching everything. Like there hair face clothes. No gloves someone came in went into the back and just started working by the food.

Chicjen sandwich was dry. Service was good.

I recently went there today the service was okay our waitress was okay even tho she got our drinks and food mixed up our food came out lukewarm almost cold the only that was good was our appetizers I wish our food came out a little hotter and with more fries

I usually enjoy eating here, but today was a mess! I ordered The salmon with garlic and Parmesan broccoli and a side of sweet potato fries. When the food came out, the waitress sat it down. I said where is my broccoli? She said they don’t have any more broccoli. Did not even specify when I placed the order nor when she brought it, that there is no broccoli today. I told her well why did anybody say that when I placed the order? On top of that the sweet potato fries were cold as well the salmon. I asked the waitress if she could get the manager, Michaela, . She came back and told me the manager was very busy and could not come out to speak to me about my order. I told the waitress just take everything off my bill, I don’t want anything else! They are very unaccommodating except for the one waitress who is very nice and apologetic. The manager Michaela did not even come out to apologize or anything. It would be a long time before I come back to this establishment again. if you’re having issues with your order, make sure you don’t speak with that manager Michaela, she’s in need of customer service training.

Red Robin Missed the Mark

Red Robin feels a bit overrated, especially given the hype.

The burgers, which I expected to be the highlight, were surprisingly bland and lacked the flavor you’d hope for from a place known for them. We also tried the pizza, a supposed fan favorite, but it was greasy and inconsistent in texture.

The fries arrived nearly cold, and our waitress kept forgetting items we requested, which only added to the frustration.

To make matters worse, I waited 15 minutes just to get the bill because the table tablet wasn’t working, and it was hard to get anyone’s attention.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return. For nearly $30, I could’ve grilled better burgers at home and saved myself the disappointment.

It’s a reminder that many American chain restaurants just aren’t what they used to be.

This place is definitely family-friendly. The seating is designed for groups. The food was really good. I had a cheeseburger with queso on top which didn't make sense but it was good. The drinks were kinda weak but they were also happy hour drinks.

We asked for a booth. Host said the booths weren’t clean… all he had to do was find someone to wipe the table down. Minutes later others were sat at the booths. Food was bland. 👎🏽
