Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The guy worked in there. So nice. The ice cream taste good. It's awesome

Rita’s is my favorite ice cream shop. I worked at DQ in HS and then loved this local ice cream shop back in my hometown. But when I moved to Waldorf a few years ago, I learned of Rita’s and not only is the ice cream, the flavors and treats always amazing, so are the staff; specifically the manager there. I’ve asked his name before and can’t recall it but he does a great job of training the young staff and he’s ALWAYS pleasant, smiling, professional, and just an overall a wonderful person, I can just feel it. That is all for now. Thank you Rita’s and team.

Customer service is usually good...often hired are the school kids working to save up for college. I try to leave a few dollars in their tip jars!

I like the traditional and seasonal flavors

Long line but that's not unexpected this time of year. Only disappointment was the website indicated flavors that weren't available.

Love the variety and the friendliness. The counter on the outside was a bit sticky. There were a few ants that were trying to crawl on the counter and winder sill on the outside of the establishment, which was expected being the desserts are so sweet. Would definitely go back. Very fair in price, and even though I got a small, it was ALOT.

I go pass this place often and see a line! I was curious about the popularity of this parlor. I tried it and it is worth the popularity! Definitely recommend you to try it. I’m working on trying everything on the menu.

I drove 15 mins, I learned you start closing down at 9:30pm. Your hours reflect something different. So from 9:30-10pm I cannot be serviced because your hours of operation aren’t adding up.

I got the strawberry frozen lemonade and I liked how it is not too sweet ? There was a long line of people but the service was fast (so the wait just really depends on how long the customers make up their minds). For flavors available, they have them posted on the windows which makes it easier to decide which ones you want. And as for outdoor seating, they still haven’t brought them back.

My husband surprised me with Rita’s. He asked for. Peanut butter mudslide with the hot fudge in the middle and they gave him some chocolate concoction that tasted like it had snickers in it. My husband should have figured out since it wasn’t white (the picture of the dessert is on their menu) but still how do you miss up an item on your menu that bad!
