Rita’s is my favorite ice cream shop. I worked at DQ in HS and then loved this local ice cream shop back in my hometown. But when I moved to Waldorf a few years ago, I learned of Rita’s and not only is the ice cream, the flavors and treats always amazing, so are the staff; specifically the manager there. I’ve asked his name before and can’t recall it but he does a great job of training the young staff and he’s ALWAYS pleasant, smiling, professional, and just an overall...
Customer service is usually good...often hired are the school kids working to save up for college. I try to leave a few dollars in their tip jars!

Love the variety and the friendliness. The counter on the outside was a bit sticky. There were a few ants that were trying to crawl on the counter and winder sill on the outside of the establishment, which was expected being the desserts are so sweet. Would definitely go back. Very fair in price, and even though I got a small, it was ALOT.
