We drove 40 minutes to come to this location we eat at once a mouth. The person at the drive through awful. No greeting and rushed us through the order. At the window No better and request twice a fixing cup. No thank No anything just pushed the bag out the window.
Later to find no fixings. Called back spoke with a supervisor who came to the phone laughing regarding the complaint who defended the employee, Unprofessional. I request the GM as she stated I am the GM. Said just come back and get the cups. Did she miss the part that I drove 40 minutes to get their, food not hit so no offer to redo the order. No customer service at this visit.

I arrived at this location around 8:20pm on July 3, 2024. and part of my order was 8 piece tender combo. I had to wait for fresh tenders but instead of giving me all my food at once, I was give a partial order that was getting cold while I waited for the tenders. When I got home the food was horrible. The chicken and the tenders were not the chicken and tenders Roy’s is famous for. No flavor and the chicken tasted like it was fried on Sunday and reheated. The wing had so many feathers it could not be eaten. I wasted $34 and will take the drive to the one in Laplata next time
The young lady who took my order was polite and friendly. The food wasn't what I remembered of Roy Roger's but it was ok but over priced.

My family and I stop at this location every time we travel to Virginia to visit family. We specifically travel this route just so we can eat at this Roy Rogers. I always get a cheeseburger AND chicken. I just found out there's a Roy Rogers a few hours away from me which I've never been to. However, I'll never stop going to this particular one unless the quality of food or service decreases.
