If you want food that taste like mush in your mouth then go for it! Very disappointed with the pasta and meatballs I ordered. The food tasted like it was frozen then reheated for customers next day. Absolutely no flavor and just horrible. Can’t believe I paid $24 for that.

Asked for a slice off of fresh pizza that came out of the oven and was told it was only for a whole pie. After being given old slices that were sitting out. The pizza I asked for a slice from was placed on the counter for slices to be sold from it.

Food was fine but customer service reaaally lacking. The cashier was like very weirdly offended when we didn’t want drinks, and very snappy with the transaction. Barked “SWIPE” to enter the card in the machine, then threw our food across the counter. When we asked if he could point us in the direction of Auntie Anne’s, he literally just turned to the next customer and said “NEXT”. Lol. Weird place.

I visit this marvelous place every couple of days as I love the ambiance that is outline this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and experienced. The service is very efficient. Most important, the food they serve is good. I have been there often and I was always delighted. The price is modest. I recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

I get pizza, the Stromboli's, and calzones here. Always decent food. Sbarro is just one of those rock solid, you know what you will be getting places to grab a quick bite.
