My fave in Waldorf
My favorite place. Chicken kabob is so tender, Persian tea si so good. Place is relaxing, clean and enjoyable.
Great place to eat.
Always delicious food and great service!
Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff.
We are traveling from Florida to Rhode Island and needed some healthy food on this road trip other than what you find right off of I95. What a great choice we made! Only a few minutes off 95 and definitely worth it. The food was delicious and the service was great. The owner is a lovely woman who made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely try to eat here again while traveling.
🤮🤢 this food is nasty and made me sick
What a gem! This quaint and incredibly clean Persian restaurant completely won us over. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was warm and attentive. But the true highlight was the food—absolutely phenomenal. The chef is clearly a master of her craft; every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. We left full and happy, already talking about what we’ll try next time. Definitely coming back—highly recommend!
Amazing Quality food and Service !

They are very rude and impatient when you express something wrong with your order.
Came here with four people for dinner. Excellent, authentic kabobs, homemade desserts and friendly service! I highly recommend the lamb.

We have been dining at Silver Skewers since Shala the owner open it is a lovely lovely place to eat the food is delicious the service outstanding the tea is unbelievable
I had not been here in four or five years. My 2019 rating was five stars because the food and service were excellent and the price was a bit high but reasonable for the overall experience. I recently heard good word-of-mouth feedback about the place and decided to try it again. The food is still very good. The service was alright - more on that in a moment. The place is very clean and tastefully decorated. The menus are now under the table-top glass (maybe a leftover from COVID-19?), which put me off a bit personally (but I would not hold that against them). The prices had crept up (in my opinion) past "a bit high" to "high". I ordered a water, no ice, with lemon, and the waiter brought it with so much ice the glass was too cold for me to even hold, and the water was way too cold for me to drink. That has become one of my pet peeves with restaurants; there is a reason I don't want ice, and I don't think it is an unreasonable request to ask them to actually do less work for my drink. The waiter did fix it, but shouldn't have had to. Anyway... I also ordered a hot tea. Today was a low-carb day for me, so I ordered the lamb skewer, rare, and I asked if any substitute could be made for the rice. I was told additional vegetables was the only available substitution, and I agreed to that. The meal came quickly and was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed my meal and asked if there was any cost for a refill on the tea, and the waiter said "no" and brought another. I was presented with a bill for the lamb and tea, which looked correct, so I provided my credit card. Before he ran my payment, and without telling me, he added a charge for "extra vegetables", then brought back the bill for me to sign. Fortunately, I noticed the bill total had jumped up around seven dollars, so I pointed out the situation to him. He did not argue, and said very quietly (I think) "sorry, my mistake" (or something like that) and ran a refund to my credit card for the difference. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tipped 20% of the correct, pre-tax amount.
I'm quite ambivalent about the whole visit. I understand all food prices are going up, and I am okay with an occasional $35-$40, high quality, well-prepared meal, but adding something to the bill after showing it to me, without saying anything, is a *huge* no-no, so honestly I probably won't be going back in the near future.
