**BAD SERVICE !! Went in today and waited 28 minutes for two smoothies! Taliyah took my order at 8:02pm and I didnât leave their shop till 8:31pm . It was my first time at this location as well and I wonât be coming back! Very disappointed in their service and attention. They only cared about taking care of their closing shift rather than getting customers orders fulfilled .

Have to find me a new smoothie spot. This one has roaches and when brought to staff attention that one had crawled underneath the register he showed no urgency or concern. In fact, the employee gave me the craziest smirk as if he was confused, all while ignoring the roach as it continued to crawl around. The fact they're not concerned nor made any attempt to get rid of it worries me.

I love this Smoothie King. The smoothies and sorbet bowls are always made great as specified...within the timeframe set during online ordering. We order at least 2-3x a Month. The employees are super nice. They changed Management several Months ago so the service and cleanliness of the atmosphere is great!

Is it just me or has this place gone down hill the past few months? I get the exact same thing every time I come here (strawberry hulk). In the past, I used to get a great smoothie every single time. Now, whenever I order my smoothies, it never has the same consistent taste. Sometimes it either tastes really watery or as if they used a batch of old fruits. There was an occasion where the fruits mustâve been really bad because it messed up my fiancĂ©âs stomach. I keep giving the place chances but I honestly havenât had a good smoothie here since a lot of new people came.
