The service here is way way too slow. The last three times I was here I had to remind them that I even had an order to fill or I am convinced they never would have gotten to me at all. I don't know what the problem is or if they need to hire more people or something but something has to be done

I don’t like how they take your card before you get to the window giving them ample time to do whatever with it not in your face. Everytime I try to pay with Apple Pay or my phone they ask for my card saying they can’t tske anything else. I had fraud before shortly after visiting them this time if it happens again I’ll know exactly where my card info was stolen from.

Wait time was 20 minutes for two meals. Tots were undercooked and soggy like they were microwaved. Cherry limeade was just cherry syrup and soda water. And the burger was dry.

I stopped by for a treat, as I love diet cherry lime aid. It tasted awful and was not diet judging by the sugar spike I has after a few awful sips. I threw it out and was disappointed as my last trip it was perfect.
Generally they have always had orders correct and well made, I hope this was a 1 off.

This location deserves negative stars. Don't waste your money at this location. Drove 30 mins for a Sweet Tea with cherry add in, cherry and lime fruit, and sweet cream. Spent $31 on the app. My drink was made incorrectly, so I let them know it was missing the fruit, and cream, and asked for it to be added. The lady says it don't say that, so I showed her my receipt. She added a slice of lime and handed it back extremely rudely. She refused to make it correctly, or get her manager. I shouldn't have to advocate for my drink to be made correctly. As if I was interrupting her day. If she hates her job so much she shouldn't be employed.

Majority of their screens are broken so I had to drive around a few times to find one that worked. My second time there I went to the The drive thru and it was fast.

Went there on a weekend and the service was so slow. Had to get out of the drive thru as the guy in front of me was waiting like 20 mins. The stalls equipment outside are old & need renovations. Did not feel safe using the card reader outside. Waited for kid to bring out food & use his reader. He went to another stall with my card instead of using the one we were at. Did not make me feel very confident. Kid looked liked serving Sonics was the last thing on the world he wanted to do or be at. He did ok but was calling zombie. Food did not seem so fresh. Probably because you have to wait forever to get it. A shame because I’m from Tx & Louisiana & there are amazing Sonics at every corner. It’s a shame they can’t have the ones down here (spread out every 30 miles) better. Try a positive attitude folks. Be glad you have a job or please just stay home. We work to hard for our money to spend $30- $40 + of our hard money to depressed, sloth moving employees. Trust me, we will take our business elsewhere & then you can stay home like you want to do anyway. Wish I could fly you all South & see how Sonics dominate. Y’all sooo sad up here.
