I’m a loyal customer and love the bowls and smoothies here—there’s a lot of potential.
However, customer service and consistency need improvement. When you walk in it often takes too long for someone to acknowledge you to help and items are frequently out of stock.
Also, younger staff should be better trained—only the experienced ones seem to know what each bowl includes.
Sharing this as feedback because I genuinely enjoy the place and want to see it thrive.

7/29- I had an incredible experience at Nips Juice House in Waldorf, all thanks to the young lady at the front! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. She took time to recommend a few options on the menu, as it was my first time there, and I ultimately chose Blue Moon Açaí bowl. It was an excellent choice and would 100% recommend it. Another plus was how clean the store was, everything about my experience today makes me eager to come back! A++++

I was not greeted The service sucks. No customer service and the whole staff has an attitude, and that was my first time there and my last. What a shame….
I work down Indian Head MD and I was looking for a place that sold açaí bowls. Instead of going to my regular spot Tropical Smoothie, I opted for a new place! The açaí bowl was disgusting! I am so disappointed! All you could taste was orange juice! She blended a little bit of açaí, frozen strawberries, blueberries and orange juice! It did not taste like açaí at all! It was watery and just Disgusting!!!!!! $13 gone down the drain. I wish I would’ve took a picture. Unfortunately I couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away immediately! On top of that the young lady in the store do not have any customer service! She did not speak when I walked in and I had to ask her to speak up 3 times! I could barely hear what she was saying! I will never go back!

It was 4:30PM and I was starving. Didn't eat anything all day so, during my 1hr & 30 min ride to an event i saw this listing on Google. All I can say is *Never again *. The placed looked closed initially. When I walked in the food menu was limited (no salads available). I then opted for a wrap (only two to choose from). I selected chicken. I was then immediately told they were out of tomatoes.
Regardless, I ordered one with a green smoothie. I didn't enjoy neither. I tried to eat as much as I can because I started feeling myself getting sick. But the last bite I took was so disgusting, I had to spit it out. The chicken tasted microwaved and unseasoned.
Update: I saw someone responded to my review, but I can’t find it to reply. To comment on the request for water in my smoothie. I requested half orange juice and half water because I’m pre-diabetic. I was hoping you had coconut water, but you didn’t. Also, the orange juice is what made the smoothie taste weird not the water. Not sure the brand of orange juice used, but it wasn’t pleasant. I’m typically a cold pressed juice drinker however, you only offered premade bottles. Typically when I purchase a smoothie the taste is pleasant. I even had my partner taste it and they too wasn’t happy with both smoothie and wrap.

Went into this establishment for the first time today. When I walked in, nobody greeted me. I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to take my order, but no one said anything. They just kept walking past me several times and were giving people their orders and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Wasn’t too busy in there either. I was trying to grab someone’s attention but they seemed to be too busy to look up. As I stood there a little longer, I noticed a kiosk where you could place your order. I needed help with that and tried again to grab someone’s attention but they were too busy I guess, so I just walked out. Lost out on a good customer today because I won’t be returning. I’ll stick with what I know and go to my normal spot, Tropical Smoothie, where they acknowledge their customers.
