Today was such a disappointment. Walked in ready to order and nothing. Stood there for about 2 minutes and not a greeting or will be right with you. NOTHING!!!

Every time I come here it’s something. The last straw was when they told me I couldn’t bring my dog in. I’ve never heard of this. I always go into Starbucks with my little dog and he get a pup cup.

Today Saturday 11/29/2025 I ordered hot caramel macchiato and a ice gingerbread latte blonde espresso and both coffees were not what was ordered or were made incorrectly. There was a long line with only 2 workers in the Starbucks which made no sense. At one point another customer didn't get one of his coffee's and when he asked for a refund they made him get back on line which was over 12 customers long. Its bad enough the coffee is expensive and not to get what u ordered is very disappointing and yes get any customer angry while at least me. Starbucks get your act together before you keep losing customer.

There was soap in my drink the lady tried to tell me that it was from shaking it but the soap was still sitting in my drink a hour later as someone that has been drinking Starbucks for two years straight I know what my drink is supposed to look like horrible customer service at this location don’t go here

Not dog friendly. Not sure why they have an outside area if they don’t allow dogs in any of there spaces. Also they are out of the fall drinks in October. Highly disappointed and I don’t recommend coming here.

I had such an incredible experience at the Starbucks. The advertisement popped up on my Starbucks app for the frappuccino so I decided to give it a go. Vanilla frappuccino and the strawberry frappuccino were incredible! I did a little bit of customization on the strawberry and it was perfection! I ordered ahead of time on the app and my frappuccino was ready within 5 minutes for the vanilla and due to the customization it took slightly longer for the strawberry but relatively quickly. Service was wonderful. I will definitely be returning this Starbucks knows what they're doing! Plenty of parking that is free in the parking lot as well, so easy to get in in and out. Make sure to download the app so that you get your stars and rewards!
