I had such an incredible experience at the Starbucks. The advertisement popped up on my Starbucks app for the frappuccino so I decided to give it a go. Vanilla frappuccino and the strawberry frappuccino were incredible! I did a little bit of customization on the strawberry and it was perfection! I ordered ahead of time on the app and my frappuccino was ready within 5 minutes for the vanilla and due to the customization it took slightly longer for the strawberry but relatively quickly. Service was wonderful. I will definitely be returning this Starbucks knows what they're doing! Plenty of parking that is free in the parking lot as well, so easy to get in in and out. Make sure to download the app so that you get your stars and rewards!

Cashier was replying to text and I KNEW he would 100% destroy my order. I tipped $5 bucks for a wrong order ,missing items, and disgusting coffee. It took everything not to disrespect the staff! So unprofessional

I just don’t understand why Starbucks cannot make something consistently when it’s so popular. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. There was no cream in it. No vanilla in it and the coffee was almost black. How.
