I just don’t understand why Starbucks cannot make something consistently when it’s so popular. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. There was no cream in it. No vanilla in it and the coffee was almost black. How.

This Starbucks has to do better, it’s so disappointing. You will wait forever, good customer service here is hit or miss, I always preorder and still wait forever for my order. It is absolutely terrible, have some integrity, sheesh!
