I had such an incredible experience at the Starbucks. The advertisement popped up on my Starbucks app for the frappuccino so I decided to give it a go. Vanilla frappuccino and the strawberry frappuccino were incredible! I did a little bit of customization on the strawberry and it was perfection! I just don’t understand why Starbucks cannot make something consistently when it’s so popular. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. There was no cream in it. No vanilla in it and the coffee was almost black. How.
Honest opinion since I’ve been coming here on and off for the past few months, it really depends on the time of the day which will determine the type of service. If you order through app early morning 6/7 am you’ll be fine! Anything after 7:30/8 morning rush, of course the drinks or customer service may be subpar or mediocre, especially considering baristas may get overwhelmed.
