I just don’t understand why Starbucks cannot make something consistently when it’s so popular. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. There was no cream in it. No vanilla in it and the coffee was almost black. How.
Honest opinion since I’ve been coming here on and off for the past few months, it really depends on the time of the day which will determine the type of service. If you order through app early morning 6/7 am you’ll be fine! Anything after 7:30/8 morning rush, of course the drinks or customer service may be subpar or mediocre, especially considering baristas may get overwhelmed. I came into this Starbucks hoping to find a pick-me-up, and left realizing that while my caffeine needs were satiated, my heart still longs for a grande-sized romance! The barista managed to spell my name right on the cup (a rarity), but alas, no phone numbers were scribbled alongside it. It seems they mastered the art of brewing coffee but not the art of matchmaking.
