This place is discussing, and after finding out from the staff that they don’t really clean the equipment correctly and the fact that some of the stuff that they have there is either expired and they still utilize it. It has failed multiple health inspections. I would not recommend buying any coffee from the Starbucks. As well as the fact that the staff they have are trying their best but their store leadership is probably the reason why it fails primarily their store director.

They will hand you the wrong order in the drive through and then make you wait 30 more minutes to give you the correct order. They have no sense of urgency Whatsoever and they do not pay attention to simple directions. I asked for my drink upside down and watched her make it wrong the second time. I wasted AN HOUR for one drink that wasn’t even made correctly. I would have been better off going to the Starbucks inside of Safeway.

The Starbucks in the St. Charles Mall today was on point. I tried the new Chocolate Almond milk Espresso and it was delicious! Definitely recommend.
