I had to place my order seven times I went through drive-thru twice and still the last time it wasn't correct I had to call customer service customer service her the whole conversation of me placing my order and still not getting it right I was giving attitude and irritation by one employee at the window and did not care about the fact that my order was not correct after placing it face to face and driving through the drive-thru window very unprofessional and I was very surprised because that was the first time I had encountered that type of situation at this location.

I went there this morning and they messed up my order. I ask for a hot white chocolate but they gave me a hot chocolate, if you’re gonna mess up the order at least make the drink right bc it was straight hot water with a hint of coco. Then my pastry was cold

This is BY FAR my favorite Starbucks in the area. It is RARE my drink is poorly made. The issue I had today was different. They had NO Cinnamon Dulce, they never have sugar free Cinnamon Dulce, and they had no gingerbread syrup. Those are all the syrups I enjoy so unfortunately I had to go to another Starbucks in the area. Again most times they are spot on. Today, they missed the whole entire spot for me. I’ll be back tho. Just irritating I had to go elsewhere to get my coffee.

passing thru omw to meet up with my fam for the holiday a few weeks ago. jess was at the window and she was soooooo nice!! she complimented my nails and tattoos 🥰 my drink also came out awesome 🫶 thanks yall!!

Not my favorite. Make sure you order an hour before you pick up your item. EVERY Saturday morning, the line is out the door.

Traveling in from Illinois and stopped by for my coffee fix. I really love this location. I grabbed my first collection series cup. Tried a new in season drink - Pecan Latte. The service was quick and professional; very knowledgeable of menu options/choices. Clean establishment; inside and out. Definitely will return during my stay.

I tend to go through the drive through and their drinks are a little less potent when going through the drive through also the service could be better. There is little basic politeness in some of the employees that work the window.
Statements that I deem less than polite, "you need to order a venti next time". This was in response to me asking for the rest of my drink when I used a personal cup. I ordered a trenta sized drink, the personal cup was 24oz. I assumed that they give you the extra, they don't.
Another incident, I put in an order online. Pulled up to the drive though minutes after receiving notification that the drinks were done. I said - "Hi, I'm picking up an order." The employee says, "stop at the drive through next time." I say, "this is the drive-through". She say, "the order window and tell them you're here." Ok, will do.
Improvements can be made.

Yesterday, I went a purchased a drink. It was missing an add on. I called the store and spoke to a girl name Sam. She told me to come get a remake the next day. I went the next day and another person, Eden would not allow my remake. Poor customer service.

Starbucks is a coffee shop, but a good barista can make Starbucks an experience!!! I didn't get the barista's name, but she has mermaid hair coloring. Thank You for being awesome!!!!
