The two young Hispanic ladies working were very friendly, patient, and professional. When I said to put what you think would be best on one of my items she talked with her co-worker and made the best recommendation. They even juggled my large order with the other customers orders they were serving to get everything done quickly and efficiently without slowing down my order at all. Just wanted to say 5/5 stars š

I left upset and hungry. My sandwich was made carelessly, worker was very sloppy, just throwing the meat on my sandwhich like she didn't care. She cut my sandwhich in half with a wet knife an then proceeded to wipe off whatever was on the knife from cutting my sandwhich on the top of my bread. Although you are cutting my sandwhich the action is just unacceptable, You're not making a sandwhich at home. When I raised my concern, I was mocked and dismissed, they started speaking in spanish after me voicing my concerns, which I'm sure something was said about me because when I raised my concern she looked at me with such disdain and disgust. As a customer, no one should be treated this way. Both her and the other young lady was very nasty.

The sandwich i ordered today thru doordash, i called and asked if they could put extra sauce and they decided to soak my sandwich in bbq and creamy Sriracha , i literally had more sauce then chicken on my sandwich, and just really messy then i call to ask if i could get it at least remade because this was sloppy, she tells me her boss tells her no she can't make another one because i asked for extra sauce. So your telling me yall dont care for presentation on food at least? I know what i asked for and what it normally looks like with extra sauce. 0/5 all around

I love meatball subs from Subway I used to work at Subway so I know how they do the meatballs like if there's meatballs left at the end of the night after sitting all day they store them and reheat them in the morning and they are so disgusting after sitting all day and then being reheated it's not like I can ask them are these fresh meatballs because they will lie 𤄠I know a hold of meatball when I eat one not to mention my bread was soggy from too much sauce they don't greet you when you walk in they barely speak English and they don't give a crap about how they serve your food this is the worst of Subway I've ever went to
The customer service at this location is horrible!!!!!!! Everytime I call to speak to a manager the person who picks up is very rude, lacks phone etiquette and hangs up on me !!!!!! Do not go to this place for food.
This subway is always a hit. Food is fresh and delicious whether you order there or get it delivered. They never disappoint. Sandwichs are always tasty and customization is the best.

iāve been getting the same subway sandwich all my life. today i went to get the same sandwich i always get and they say that they ācanāt toast flatbreadā so my cheese isnāt melted itās disturbing.

No they donāt greet you. And I love Subways Double chocolate cookie but it irritates me when they donāt have fresh ones. taste & look like theyāve just been sitting all day.

It is insane to ask customers to wait in the line for sandwiches which sometimes takes a lot in this store if you wait just to get drink or cookies, the people working there are worst

I am very displeased with my last experience at this subway. This subway is the closest to my house so I visit it quite a lot. Usually everything is decent but not this time. I ordered my food ahead of time because I was working out and wanted something to eat. I arrived at the subway 18 minutes after placing my order and it wasnāt completed. I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was a little busy. 17 more minutes pass while waiting and I am ticked off at this point. I then stand up and go to the register again. Turns out my food was already completed but they neglected to alert me. Strike 1. By the time I got home my food is cold which sucked but oh well. I then begin eating because I am starving. It tastes funny to me so I stopping eating. I look at my food and my receipt and realize they got my bread wrong. Strike 2. I then head back to the store livid. While addressing the issue, I am very respectful and was hoping they would remake my sandwich. Instead of apologizing for making the mistake and offering me a new sandwich, they start saying Iāve already eaten it and ask why did I eat part of it if itās wrong. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they do this. With a little bit of more talking, they eventually remake the untouched half of the sandwich only. I hadnāt even eaten half of the first half! Strike 3. Please think twice about eating here. The extra few minutes you get from the shorter drive is not worth this trouble.

They have a big problem using coupons at this Subway! They are not nice and treat the customers like pure trash. The employee had an issue with the computer today blamed it on me for putting in my phone number on the system at the same time. Instead of informing the customers of the issue, a long line appeared from her computer going down. They made no mention to the customers waiting in line ! Your business is not appreciated nor respected at this establishment. Go to another Subway!
