This is my third time ordering and eating in the restaurant. The personnel is friendly and customer service oriented, no issues with them or the food. My only issue is with the fountain drinks dispenser. The owner needs to have the whole dispenser check, clean inside and out. The ice and the drinks has a foul smell, Smell like sewer and the drinks taste awful. I had that impression since my first visit, my second visit did not order a drink and tonite I forgot about it and order a drink and I am correct. The smell and flavor is awful, literally a sewer. I have heard when this happens means the inside of the dispenser is dirty and mildew is growing, that explained the sewer smell and the foul taste in this dispenser.

Stopped in and bought 7 foot long subs.
4 of them should have been chicken salad. They tasted like tuna. Took them back and they refused to remake them or give a refund.
Told me they would make me 2 subs to replace them......
Unreal.

I have stopped in many Subway shops up and down the East coast, but this one was the only one with rude staff. That's nothing you want over your food. A female was short with her answers when asked to give details about a certain meal deal. I have not frequented this shop but a few times, but this was my absolute last visit. Too many sub shops in Waldorf to battle with one.

I was in Subway today to purchase a 6in sub, my sub and a bag of potatoe chips cost $7:46. I gave the cashier $8.01, the coin dispenser dispensed 30 cent. When I told the cashier
immediately got an attitude and said the machine dispenses the change, if they had loaded the machine with the coins, I would have received the correct change.
That is the last time I will patronize this store.

Store is always clean, the staff know how to perfectly make the sandwiches and, the finished sub truly is a work of art.

Vegetarian options: The veggie patty’s are delicious and it you just want veggies they can absolutely do so

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a 4 person table that is accessible to disabled people in wheelchairs to eat at

I would not recommend this location, the Spanish ladies that work inside get upset when you ask for certain things and speak in Spanish about you. I understand Spanish, but did not confront the situation, but decided to leave a review.

I swear this is one of the worst Subway locations ever. I've driven out of my way to go to other locations to avoid this one. Because it was raining and this is the closest location, I decided to give it another try. Horrible mistake. I just walked out without getting any food because the person fixing my food told me how they were going to fix it and that they wouldn't fix it the way I was asking for it to be fixed.

For some reason every time I purchase a sub from this location the bread is never fresh.This is my second time ordering and the bread is tough, and not enjoyable. I don’t understand what’s happening because I never have this issue at the other Waldorf location.

No problems! No line, no mess, no hassle over coupons, just lunch at its best! As soon as I walked in, homegirl scrubbed those hands up well and then took my order. Tables clean, ready to go.
