Last night around 8 PM, my sister, my niece, and I went to Subway in Waldorf and there was a young woman working there. She attended us, and I honestly feel we were victims of racism. She gave us very unpleasant looks, and every time we asked for an ingredient, she made rude faces and seemed annoyed for some unknown reason.
We had planned to eat inside, but because of the bad experience, we had to leave. I even asked her if something was wrong, and she ignored me. I asked if she had a problem with me, and she ignored me again.
The experience was very disappointing. That kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I truly feel we were discriminated against.

Went by there yesterday thought I was going to get a sub the young lady looked at me with the disgusting look on her face like I was bothering her for even coming in there. I'm 71 years old and never had to put up with such nasty nasty behavior. I had to leave I also asked her did I do something to you to make you look at me that way.

This very bad subway takes time, it's like if you're going to order food. Very bad customer service.?
The taste and quality has really gone down hill. Service is not what it use to be. We feel more like a bother than anything else, which is why we rarely darken their doorway anymore. Your sub is supposed to be made the way you want it. The second you ask for something a bit different you get looked at like you just flew in from another galaxy. Sorry but the food is not that good anymore so it is not worth all the hassles to walk in this place. No thanks. I will go somewhere else.

Ordered online for pickup. Subs ordered with shredded cheese had no cheese at all, and they halved the steak you get anywhere else. None were toasted like ordered. Smothered in sauce though, to hide the fact they had no meat or cheese. Enough other Subway's in the area to not get ripped off.
