I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I experienced at your Taco Bell location 91 Smallwood MD 20602 on [1/19/26 ] at approximately [2:26pm].

During my visit, I interacted with manger/leadership MS.PAM informed by employee Geraye (which was amazing by the way). The customer service MS.PAM provided whose behavior I found to be unprofessional and dismissive. ASKED FOR A SIDE OF SOUR CREAM was greeted with rude/nasty tone, lack of courtesy, regarding order being placed incorrect. This interaction made what should have been a simple visit unpleasant. Might I add the wait in the drive through line was 15 minutes.

I understand that the food service environment can be fast-paced and stressful; however, basic courtesy and professionalism should still be maintained when interacting with customers and MS.PAM who is supposed to be in leadership position with Taco Bell. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit.

I wanted to make you aware of this situation so it can be addressed appropriately. I appreciate your time and attention and hope future visits will reflect the level of service customers expect from Taco Bell

Sat in the lobby 10 minutes while manager sits conversating with friends and doesn’t even ask me what I wanted to order even though I was picking up an online order that I had placed . Will not be back this location has went completely downhill. No customer service at all

the young lady who took my order and cashed me out in the drive thru around 1pm 06/02 was very sweet and lovely. i modify a lot about my food bc im vegetarian & so it’s nice when a location is able to accurately fulfill my requests.

Order #6 i am given 5 pieces of chicken, maybe less. Ask for sauce ,no sauce. Pay 14.62 i could have got a dinner with a few more dollars. FIRST TIME AND LAST .Will Not recommend
