Its been about a decade or two since ive been to a TGIFriday's so not really sure if I should be expecting much, and I dont know how much of the issues were franchise things vs specific location.
When we entered it was about 15 minutes before someone came to the front to seat us. There was a sign that said wait to be seated, but I still flagged the bartender about 5 mins in who rolled her eyes and walked away when I asked if we could sit, or needed to wait. (There were only about 3 patrons at the bar and then about five tables had people sitting at them (no more than 2 or 3 people at each table).
Our server was polite enough but only saw her three times during the visit (when she introduced herself and took drink orders, when she came back 20 minutes later to take our food orders, and then we I was able to flag her down about an hour into our meal to ask for the check).
The food quality was ok, but it was a hassle just to order what we wanted (even though all items were on the menu).
My daughter ordered the sliders, but we were then told they were unavailable. Then later on for desert, she ordered the 'cup of dirt' (chocolate pudding with crushed ore cookie, and gummy worms). But we were informed they stopped carrying that.
I had also tried to order a beer, but from the list of 15 or so, the server said they were out of all but 4 different domestic ones in cans. She said it was because they had an issue with their liquor license. (They had a semi stocked bar with people drinking liquor, so im not sure what the deal was with all of that).
When trying to order an appetizer Sampler, we were told we couldn't because they were out of one of the appetizers. And when I ordered a steak, we found out from someone in the kitchen who came out to tell us they didn't have that cut.
On top of everything with food and service, the place was dark, and just generally a depressing atmosphere. I dont know if this place is getting ready to close down, or just going through hard times financially or what; but I dont intend to ever return to it.

My grandson wanted Friday’s for his Birthday, he turned 12. My flavored sweet tea was very flavorful. My wings were good as well. He enjoyed his food as well as everyone else at our table. Our waitress was very pleasant, even came in to work on her day off.

So disappointed, I took my family there on a Tuesday because kids eat free. Walked in the front door and there was no one to seat us. Waited 2 and half minutes then decided to go search for a host. Got seated and waited 5mins for the server to come. We wanted to Verify with her that kids eat free on Tuesday, the server said no that's not true. I told her I called before I came she said ok let me go check. 5mins later she said yes your correct. Ordered food for four people. Two plates came out 5mins before the other two plates did. The server never came back to chexk on us the entire time and we needed more sauce for the kids. The food was bland but we ate it because we all were hungry. Asked for the check and the manger. Check came with kids food included in the bill server returned after 3mins with correct bill. Still waiting on manager 5mins go by I get up and find my server and ask to just pay the bill. She said the manager should be on the way soon, I told her to cancel the request because obviously no one care paid the bill and left. Best pro was the mens bathroom was pretty clean.

Have not been Here in a while, they closed all Friday in my hometown. The whiskey sauced menu is like no other, from the wings, tenders and burgers, absolutely delicious

Came last night after being too late to make cheddars. It was a bit crowded at 10pm and our poor server had a customer behind us that kept whistling at her like she was a dog. The margaritas took a bit long to come but domo made sure we had everything we needed while we waited and explained there was only 1 bartender. The food was decent and we didn't have and we were finished pretty quickly.
There was a roach in my salad. End of discussion. I don’t have to write an entire paragraph to explain the disgust that I now have for the Fridays franchise. The manager kindly understood and comped the entire meal. However, I don’t expect to come to ANY restaurant with a roach crawling out of my plate. PLEASE DO BETTER!

Our food.... let me tell you, this is the worst its ever been. Whoever the cook/chef (if you can call them that) is for this location, should be fired immediately.
My burger arrived in a box like someone fired it out of a confetti cannon. The bun was soggy, wet, like it was sitting in the box for an hour. The patty was bland, unseasoned, not whiskey glazed, the cheese on the outside of the patty was overdone, so I knew before I even tried it, the patty was beyond well-done. The rest of the ingredients, well, back to the confetti cannon thing.
The whiskey glazed chicken strips were also bland, and not strips. More like nuggets. Tiny chunks that were over-breaded, and over-cooked to oblivion.
The ribs didn't even seem to have any glaze on them at all. They definitely weren't brined. The only redeeming quality is, they were cooked only slightly beyond being done, but still overcooked.
Honestly, pathetic. Do better Fridays. Hire an actual cook and fire the joker ruining your food.

I ordered food off of door dash the order was completely wrong and old. I ordered a Cajun pasta which didn’t have any chicken two pieces and a chicken sandwich with mash potatoes and I didn’t receive the correct side and my sandwich had item I requested off. I called up there when I got my food but I didn’t receive my food until ten minutes to closing to let them know my order was wrong. They wouldn’t answer the phone instead they kept hanging the phone up on me. I called 3 times in a row every time they hung up. This is unacceptable
Sat at the uncrowded bar for 20mins without acknowledgement. Bartenders too busy looking at their phones. I was in the mood to bless someone with a nice tip too smh.
