Terrible experience! We brought a hockey team in during their dead time between lunch and dinner. We were there over 2 hours, and the kids were never served their food. I would strongly recommend NEVER going to this restaurant!

Stopped in for a quick snack but waited for over 2 hours for a basket of fries that never came, paid the bill and walked out. Cooks and servers were more concerned about doing tik tok dances in the back, than serving their customers. No wonder they are in bankruptcy.

We went to Fridays because I felt like it was a beautiful way to end the evening. Little did I know me purchasing the ribs and shrimp they would serve me a kids order. Like 6 shrimp on top of if you order pickt any 2 or 3 there's an up charge of $4 if you pick ribs. I asked and the waiter couldn't tell me so I asked for the manager and she said honestly I have no idea why it's like that. So needless to say we won't be back.

I recently visited this location and enjoyed the service I received from the bartender, Corsi. She was very nice, my drinks were good, and she provided phenomenal service. She was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend going back

First off, the menus were dirty as heck. And the table wasn’t totally clean when we were sat, but whatever. None of these restaurants seem to do side work anymore so it’s to be expected. The food was decent. My appetizer and drink were the best parts of my meal. I spent $100 after $20 tip and felt I could’ve just saved that money and cooked at home for the price. The server was nice enough and attentive which is rare in Waldorf (iykyk). My whiskey chicken tenders were great and I ordered a side of broccoli, this is where things went wrong. As I was eating and feeding my toddler the same broccoli, I noticed tiny bugs in the florets. Upon further inspection, I noticed they were tiny worms. The type of worms you find when you don’t wash your veggies thoroughly. I was disgusted. But not overly dramatic because I know it’s fast food and I know they aren’t back there hand washing produce in the kitchen. I’ve worked in enough restaurants in the past to know to be realistic about such things but it’s still nasty nonetheless. I was given a replacement side so I chose a salad and boxed up my leftovers. Now get this, the next morning I was heating up my left over chicken tenders and noticed something sticking straight off one of my tenders. Guess what it was? ANOTHER FREAKING WORM! I am outdone. I’m smart enough to know it probably just transferred from the broccoli because they were plated side by side, but my goodness, how many freaking worms were in the broccoli?! I’d only go back here for the drinks and apps. Just DO NOT ORDER THE BROCCOLI! (I’ll add a photo of what the worms looked like, I didn’t take any pics because I didn’t think to do so but this is from Google for reference).
Kid-friendliness: Not really, but no restaurants in the USA ever are, so what’s the difference.

I recently had an excellent experience at Fridays in Waldorf, Maryland. Our waiter, Ra, provided top-notch service for our table of five. We ordered the endless appetizers, and he made sure everything came out fresh and timely. He was attentive to our needs throughout the meal and even made sure dessert was perfect. Ra’s professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, making the evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this location it’s always my go-to spot for great food and service!
