Im giving this place a 5 star review because the accommodation they were able to male on a short notice. The manager made sure it was properly staffed on the day and time of the event. While this place is not very large, I was warned about potential party conflict and a solution over the phone. We didn't run into any problems at all. We had a surprise bday party of over 40 people. We requested 30! They had us in an area that had additional seating next to where the original party was. Delays were expected on the food, but we were allowed to start ordering in sections to prevent this. Servers were able to keep things organized, and VERY LITTLE FOOD WENT BACK! I'm beyond satisfied with this establishment.
The bartender was great.
The establishment was clean
Great service. Food is trash. Fake food. Frozen pre-made
many chicken options for a steakhouse. cocktails were mid, stick with beer options. karaoke on Wednesdays.
Customer service is terrible but the food was delicious when they finally got it right.
Poor service and approached by unwanted Strangers at the bar
I want to take a moment to recognize Angelique for her wonderful customer service this evening at America’s Best Steakhouse, as well as on numerous other visits. Her positive personality, upbeat energy, and genuine kindness make every dining experience memorable. She consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. It’s always a pleasure being served by her…thank you, Angelique, for your outstanding service!
Very nice atmosphere & food and service was delightful. Alexis is a great bartender. We're definitely coming back again for the Delmonico!
Now this is my go to steakhouse! I'm impressed with the staff's ability to be both professional and make you feel like you are at home with family. Definitely a staple on both dine in and carry out rotation.
Our bartender last night was especially impressive as she came to the table to discuss drinks and make sure we got what we wanted.
I love having a few drinks and fun at American especially for karaoke nights (Wednesday’s) The owner Erika is just a sweetheart and my favorite bartenders are Chocolate (Jacq) and Ashley!! It’s always a pleasure going there to eat and enjoy the company!!
My wife and I visited today for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed. The ambiance had a comfortable hybrid steakhouse-sportbar vibe to it which was very unique.
A lively bar with no shortage of screens on one side a relaxed atmosphere that made for an enjoyable dining experience on the other side (and yes... also had smaller but equally impressive number of screens). The service was prompt, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing.
We started with some appetizers (you gotta try the sweet & Spicy Wings). It set the tone for what would be a fantastic meal. Everything was perfectly cooked to our liking, tender, and full of flavor. The sides complemented the meal well. **WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THE ROLLS & THAT BUTTERRRR!!! ** (You'll lose yourself in it and start making choices you'll question later ?)
The menu offers a great variety, so whether you’re in the mood for a hearty steak or other American classics, there's something for everyone. Portion sizes were super generous, making the meal feel like a great value. Let me out it this way, my wife was only able to eat about a third of her plate and I was able to crush half of mine. Our to-go boxes looked like we ordered "take-out" instead of leftovers.
We can easily say this won't be our last visit—highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch relaxing/fun combo spot in the Waldorf area.

I stopped here to try a steak that I'd been wanting try for quite some time.... Unfortunately, I was unable to satisfy my desire as the cook simply couldn't get my medium rare steak right, each time it came out it was over cooked. After the second time I simply gave up. Even with that said, the service was EXCELLENT! The Bartender apologized for the mishaps and removed the order from my bill. They have great happy hour and game day menu deals. The bar was packed and everyone was nice. The place reminds you of cheers. I will be back for the game day deals.....

Went to place order just for a half dozen of rolls they told me to come in to place the order. I’ve been waiting for 25mins for just six rolls that’s why I was calling it in to avoid this the food is good here but the service is piss poor!!!

My wife and I stopped here to grab food after an NFL game on our way to visit some family while in the area. The waitress was on it and knew her stuff about the menus and cuts of steak. The food was out of this world, hands down the best meal we’ve eaten out in years. We sat in the bar area while the afternoon games played, and for two adults who were just at a game, the atmosphere was like overtime!! I highly recommend eating at this establishment versus any main stream franchise out there. You will not be disappointed. Two thumbs up and left a 35% tip, which for me personally, is almost unheard of.
