My cheeseburger had a black curly hair in it! Tried to call to speak to a manager to get my money and no one will answer the phone. Sat in the drive thru for way too long!

I have been to the Wendy’s on Crain highway before and after they remodel it. Every time the Coca-Cola soda taste flat. I always see flies flying around inside the restaurant.

Staff is very rude. Didnt have choc or van frostys, didnt have coke or sweet tea. Drive through line took forever to get thrpugh and i was behind the car ordering. They were not understaffed because i could see atleast 7 people atanding around. Will not come back. They just need to shut this location down

We visited yesterday. They were short staffed and training at the same time. Food took a little while but was fresh. Just try not to run out of condiments in the future. Keep working hard.

Slow service. Screwed up my orders for the last two times we ate there. Filthy bathroom! No toilet paper...had to ask a customer to have the mgr? to bring me some paper. He didn't even apologize for having to wait so long to bring the paper after the customer told him I needed the paper!

This is quite possibly the worst Wendy's on the entire planet. It might be the worst Wendy's in the entire universe. Our orders are wrong half the time. The drive-through line is so slow you can feel yourself aging. The employees are completely indifferent. In less than 10 minutes, you can drive to the Wendy's in Accokeek which is wonderful. Save your self the headache and go somewhere else.

Eveytime I try to go to this Wendy's there is an issue. Today at 10pm they were closed. What in the world. Times. Before they are only taking cash or no orders at all due to system issues. There needs to be new management, owners or just shut down this location. Pitiful.

This is the worst Wendy's ever. You place an online order and are in line for 30 minutes. If I could've backed out the line I would've and just lost my money for my pre-paid order but I was stuck in the drive-thru. Will never come to this location EVER again.Follow up..I got to the window in the drive-thru and my order was still not ready. They asked me to sit in the parking lot and they will bring my food out. I said absolutely not. They had NOTHING available and said we cook to order. Its FAST FOOD...seriously?! I asked for a refund and the manager, Kyrie Cox, said he couldn't process a refund since I ordered via the app. I would need to cancel on the app. Wendy's customer care line is just as bad as this location. Corporate will be hearing from me today and somebody better refubd my money asap.

Don’t waist your time and money. Drive thru takes 30+ mins. Indoor is closed with out any signs. Your food will be incorrect and cold and they will be rude. It’s faster to drive all the way to laplata to that Wendy’s rather than sit and wait to be highly disappointed.

It’s a very basic Wendy’s. There are no drink towers at all. It looks like it’s been gutted and it’s in dire need of an upgrade. Tables, chairs, bathroom, napkins, etc. Must ask for ketchup because the ketchup pump wasn’t available. It is mandatory to wear a mask on the inside. All of the employees were very kind and hospitable. Drive thru was extremely busy and the employees were working hard to keep up with the orders.

Restaurant is poorly lit, service is always slow and the quality of the food is subpar. Management needs to improve the customer service at this location, the staff are not interested in providing quality service or food. Try another Wendy's, I know I will from now on.

I only ordered 2 JBC, medium fry and a strawberry lemonade. Paid $13.21 for my meal and open it up to find 2 cheeseburgers with nothing on them. Had to drive all the way back after trying to call the store with no response 3 times. I’m usually pretty chill but to pay that much for Wendy’s and it be completely wrong is unacceptable.
