Usually I dread going to this Wendy’s because of the service and the wrong order, but…
Today, around 11:50am. I did not have any issues. Miles on the speaker and in the 2nd window was fantastic, got my order taken promptly, and ensured that the modifiers were executed correctly.
Friendly smile at the window! Keep it up, sir. :) You’re the reason I will come back for the friendly service and correct order.
The young lady taking payments was pretty nice!
Miles went beyond hospitality, in my opinion.

I've been there twice, waited at the drive thru 10 minutes with people behind me honking and no one takes the order. Is this location closed?
This just happened now at 8:40 PM June 2, I live a few blocks from here and I frequent this place often and I was surprised after standing in a long line with my vehicle. Once I get up to the speaker the guy says we don’t have burgers or nothing. We only have chicken nuggets and fries. I said what? and he said because we’re about to close !!! It’s always an issue here, getting the wrong order, or you’re getting your food cold!!!! They definitely need to get new management!🤨

I eat at many Wendy's restaurants on the road for my lunch breaks. I stopped at this one, lobby was empty and I placed my order. After 20 minutes went by, I tried to be patient but I finally asked about the order and they still did not have my order ready. So much for fast food. Whole lunch break is over and I have no food. Thanks Wendy’s. The lady that took my order was nice but that’s the only positive about my experience.

Ordered cook to order nuggets. They were cold. Reordered nuggets and they were cold. Asked for the manager, he said they would cook the nuggets fresh and asked us to pull up and they would bring them out. Waited 18 min then we just left. The person taking our order was very rude and ignored us after our second request for freshly cooked nuggets. At that point another person came to the window then we asked for the manager. Terrible terrible terrible service!!!
