Went there for breakfast when I ordered my food online during breakfast hours and when I arrived they told me they could not make my food because breakfast has closed but I showed them clearly that the order was put in during breakfast time. They also failed to refund me my money back. Very Horrible Management by there team member Ossie. DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS EVER

More often than not at this Wendy's I get so impatient waiting either for somebody to answer the speaker or sitting in line for my food that I just dip out. Yesterday I was in the drive-thru line for I swear 20 or 30 minutes without actually being served and I had places to be so I had no choice but to dip out despite the fact that I was very hungry.

Today, around 11:50am. I did not have any issues. Miles on the speaker and in the 2nd window was fantastic, got my order taken promptly, and ensured that the modifiers were executed correctly.
Friendly smile at the window! Keep it up, sir. :) You’re the reason I will come back for the friendly service and correct order.
The young lady taking payments was pretty nice!
Miles went beyond hospitality, in my opinion.
