Went in to the dining room. There was a lot of team members working.. Dining room was empty. I had to wait for someone to ask me. “Can I help you?” No one was in the dining room. All the workers were laughing and going about their business as if I was not there.

This had to be the slowest drive-thru service that I have ever experienced. It took over 20 minutes to get to the windows just to pay. Then another 5 to 10 at the second window to pick up our food. The guy asked for my receipt because they had no idea what we had ordered. Everyone inside, workers were acting like it was no big deal..just another normal day at the office for them. (Sarcasm)

First thing why are the doors still closed 7am? The drive through is annoying in a big truck, and the guy taking ur order hes like SCREAMING at you, and the inside is boring, but the evening shift manager seems to keep his workers on their toes

Parking: Sometimes workers with long trucks are disrespectful to others in this lot regarding shared space. Pack your patience. The street is always busy and a bit unsafe getting out, so be careful exiting.

The young lady placed order for me very nice, but the food take 28 mins just for burgers and fries and chicken sandwich, after I got it went to the car, the fires is cold not even warm, the burger was warm, there 6 emps with a mgr at back working,I don’t get it why take so long to make the food and still come out cold.

Every time i come to this location it’s one female at the 2nd window giving attitude, I went today and my mobile order was messed up. received spicy nuggets instead of regular. making me not even want to spend my $ on Wendy’s when she on the clock! The lady at the 1st window was very nice though!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dogs (as long as the young lady with the short little plats, twists, dreads or whatever is on schedule). She always has a very nasty attitude ALWAYS!!!. Today I placed an online order to pick up in drive thru, I was given the wrong order and told to pull forward while the correct order was being prepared only to get home and realize she gave me the exact same wrong order again (she knew wasn’t mine because I had to explain to her what my order was). And have the audacity to be so ignorant with an attitude. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I have never even had an angry customer as rude as this girl.
