Absolutely horrible service, wing portions are ridiculously small, has gotten just stupidly expensive (6 tiny wings for $16?? seriously??), barely any sauce, etc etc etc.... we have been a fan of Wingstop since the 2000s but now it really is unbearably expensive and horrible. This will be my last visit to Wingstop. visit at your own risk.

ZERO IS THE TRUE SCORE!! Ordered delivery and received NO wings. Young man on the call kept saying that the manager packed the bag himself. Why do I need to lie about ordering wings and not receiving them. I hate places who provide poor service. The place smells so bad which is why delivery was ordered. Last time I will ever purchase. The picture CLEARLY has two fries!! Irritated!!

I always regret ordering from this place. Never expect your food to be done in the 20 mins they estimate for you. I ended up waiting another 30 mins. I even told the associate my name and that I was here for pickup. They don’t care at all if you’re already at the restaurant, you’ll wait behind everyone.
The guy at the front counter acted like I was invisible after he called my name for my order, bypassed me, then served someone else. Completely disrespected. Terrible service every time.
Highly recommend ordering somewhere else if you aren’t ready to wait over a hour for a few wings.

Decided to go for national wing day, dont know why I wasn't expecting it to be busy BUT MY GOD. That little placed was PACKED. Placed my online order at 5:15, food wasn't ready until 6:28 .. Now, I wasn't even mad because the crew on duty was so nice, they were handing that mad house AMAZINGLY. Once I got home, my order was all the way correct, even with the special modifications. Been here plenty of times, but the whole crew needed a shout out for their amazing service during this hectic day!!

I just ordered 15 wings and fries from wing stop. I wings that looked rewarmed and tasted overcooked. My fries were stale. It was my first and last time ordering here. Please save your money, do not order from here.

Half the staff didn’t have gloves when handling the food. Watched them take back a wrong order someone had been given and put it back out to be taken by someone else. The bag had clearly been opened and who knows what the person who brought the food back did to what was inside. Just nasty.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I spent $75 dollars on Wing stop and they forgot my chicken tenders. They burnt two orders of fries to the point they weren’t edible. I tried calling them to fix my order, but it took them half an hour to answer. Once they picked up, they told me to come to the store to get my refund. I go up there and they couldn’t care less what happened. No apology. There was a young woman by the register and it seemed like she wasn’t familiar with doing returns. When she finally figured it out, she put the money on the counter instead of handing it to me. I was so very dissatisfied. I regret leaving them a tip. I won’t be coming back there again!!
