Love these wings! Both Boneless and bone-in wings have been delicious each time ive come here. French Fry seasoning and fries themselves are also delightful. Customer service is decent. Never a long wait for food. Thank you wing stop!

I Placed an online order. When I arrived at this location my name was on the board. I was approached by the manager as I was standing at the counter. I asked him if he would place the items in separate bags. He said ok. The total for my order was $60. I then asked the guy who brought it to the counter where's the 3rd bag. He said we put it in two bags. I replied I asked the manager to place it in separate bags by order. The guy then gave me 2 smaller bags and walked. After I separated my order. I then approached the manager who I spoke to earlier and asked why wasn't my order separated like I asked. He then began trying to explain why it wasn't bagged like I asked. I let him finish and explained that I would not be visiting that location. The issue I have is they just put the bags on the counter and walked away Very dismissive behavior

Wow! I did not look at the reviews at this particular location. Most of the reviews are correct. My order was TRASH ! Had to put my order in my airfryer. Fries cold ..requested extra well done wings smh . Wing soggy. Called back up to complain female was no help.

Best advise taste everything before you leave and have them redo it if you have the time if not I wouldn't bother ordering at this location.

Do not waste your money at this restaurant I’ve ordered here twice and both times I received wrong or missing items out of my order when I call to the store they lied to me and said that they would process a refund for me and I never received the refund to this day. I’ve ordered Wingstop today and I did not receive all of my food when I called the store. The Manager Hispanic male who I did not understand. Try to gaslight me into thinking that I was lying about my order being messed up then he placed me on hold and eventually hung up the phone. This store is very unprofessional and this organized do not, waste your money here

I was very frustrated with trying to place an online order and literally stayed on the phone and drove up to the store….as I get there I’m very frustrated and angry and I know my demeanor was abrasive if not outright obnoxious……BUT… the manager dealt with my hostility on a busy Saturday evening and tried to quell my anger. He himself took and prepared my order and it made it to me very quickly. There was a language barrier between us to a degree, but his empathy and compassion not only overcame it but became a Universal language if that makes sense. So much so that I shook his hand like a Man and sought to leave a tip as I reflected on a wasn’t proud of my behavior or presentation of my issue. I felt it only right to leave a great review of not just this Gentleman but the staff and business as a whole. Mistakes and miscommunications happen frequently in this world and especially in this industry but the way that we approach them and in this case, are ourselves approached makes all the difference. I learned something today.

The customer service was so bad.when me and my parents came in to order food we were helped by a black male with glasses . And he had an additude from the jump . When it came down to useing my gift card me, my parents didnt know how to swipe it because it was set up diffrent and he didn't offer no help . And he kept rolling his eyes . Even when an older lady came in and tried to order saying she never been there before . He was just staring at her like she was stupid so me , my mother had to step in and help her while he was just standing there. And when we got the food it was nasty.
