Cake tasting was great ? we made our selectionfor the wedding. was disappointed when our wedding cake wasn't delivered for a wedding that begin at 5pm and cake wasn't delivered until 7pm we had to call to find out why the cake wasn't here we were told because we didn't call she didn't deliver, a professional would have call if they haven't heard from anyone in regards to the event . then when delivered it was crooked and tasted nothing like the sample when we tried to speak to her about the issue we were met with sarcastic remarks I will never recommend her to anyone.

Brick Block Cakes did a phenomenal service to our family--she prepared an absolutely gorgeous order of custom cupcakes for my sister-in-law's ladybug-themed virtual baby shower. Since I am in Chicago and my SIL is in Maryland, we did the entire interaction virtually and Brick Block Cakes was responsive, thorough, clear, patient, and kind throughout every interaction. On the day of the virtual baby shower, my SIL was surprised with a delivery of a dozen absolutely gorgeous ladybug cupcakes at her door. A HUGE thank you to Brick Block Cakes for excellent baking and superior customer service!
