Having to take your order inside is clearly an inconvenience for them. In the drive through definitely check your order and receipt every time. On average of every single time 1 of those 2 things is messed up.
Online order not even close Wrong food brought out to the car Had to go inside to get order No plastic ware or syrup in bag for pancakes and sausage. Bagel instead of biscuit for breakfast sandwich. Almost 15 minutes for this mess.

We waited for a few mins at the speaker with our being created. The woman did not understand what I had said and had to place my order 3 times. I went to first window no one was there, so I proceeded to the second window where I again waited 3-5 mins before they took my money. Then when we finally received our food the order was wrong. We did not go back we were headed to South Carolina and could not wait turn around. I will probably choose something different on our way back.

Ordered a caramel latte and nothing is in there but milk. No expresso, no caramel, just hot milk. Also got hard burritos, hard and nasty sausage egg mcmuffins, no sauce. Tried to call the store over 12 times and they refuse to answer their phone. Not sure why they even have a phone if they don't answer.

Placed a mobile order at 8:00am before leaving home, arrived at the store at 8:10 and gave my code. They had me pull into a spot (even though they had the order for 10 minutes by then). After they served a line of people behind me that ordered at the speaker, they finally brought my food out at 8:25. Absolutely ridiculous.
Also the woman that works the second window in the mornings (was there this past Tuesday) has the worst attitude I've ever seen in my 15 years working in customer service. She dropped my food on the ground once because she was literally throwing it out the window without even looking at me, then had to get it remade. No one told you that you have to work here lady. If you're so miserable that's fine but quit making it everyone else's problem.
