Waited 39 minutes for a one New Yorker with pepperoni. I called the order in on top of the gentleman in drivethru 10 minutes then it's just going in the oven. No inside dining.

The last time I was at this Pizza Hut location, I don't think there was an adult manager on duty. It was like school recess. After 20 minutes of not getting waited on my group and I left. I will never go to that location again.

This is a zero star restaurant. Ordered pizza for contactless pickup. Drove 20 min with my kids because they can't stay home alone. Order was ready in app, told at window to park and they would bring it right out. 15 minutes passed with an angry baby and 2 hungry kids so I called. They literally forgot and the pizza just sat there with absolutely zero consideration to even call me. I tipped 25% for Christmas and got hosed bad. Adding tips before an order is in hand should be illegal and a new standard needs to be made. No accountability here. I chose to take it and go for sake of my kids but I want a refund for that terrible display of customer service and cold pizza arriving home. Sub-par across the board. PizzaHut will surely become a memory at this rate.

The Big New Yorker brought me back. One recipe that has changed a little but has kept the sweetness just right in what makes this pizza a little different and delicious.

Amazing service, Shannon makes our visits to the Hut lane so much better, I love how she remembers I prefer take during the hot days of Summer and she reminded me of the pasta and other new things in the menu for the week to come.
