Ordered the Thai ice tea once could of used more bobas , the Thai tea was too milky went in for a second try and again very milky tasting which is unfortunate since its the only boba place in westminster.

Great neighborhood coffee place. I don’t know anywhere else where I can get an almond milk hot chocolate for three bucks! Huge muffins for $3.50! So lucky that this is here

Food's good, though! Big fan of the lox bagel and the hot cocoa. It's not going to knock your socks off but it's a really solid bite to eat. The staff there is super nice and it has a delightfully cozy atmosphere.

Had a muffin and an iced tea. This place isn't as good as it used to be a few years ago. The muffins used to be big and dense. Now they're basically cake mix. I guess it's good if that's what you prefer but the old recipe was better imo.

Coffee is spot on! Their chi latte and iced coffee were great! Food and service were terrible. We waited 15 minutes for a cinnamon bun that was ok at best and waited 30 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel wasn’t even toasted. They apologized saying they had a lot of online orders ahead of me.
