I go to Arby's somewhat frequently, but this is the first and last time I go to this location. Ordered a double beef and cheddar combo. When I got home and opened the bag it was a regular beef and cheddar. This was a mobile order and filled out the survey from the emailed receipt and asked to be contacted by someone. That was a week ago and nobody has reached out. It's not ok to charge someone for a double beef and cheddar but give them a regular.
I feel bad whoever who owns this arbys. After a long week I stopped in and learned why there was no line. Food was 100% wrong and ice cold, no hello or your welcome. absolutely horrible. I ordered a roast beef and got some shredded meat that came from who knows where. AVOID this place at all costs unless you plan on wasting money.
