Visited Arby's around lunch time, place wasn't busy, ordered the Turkey Gobbler Sandwich, a White Cheddar Mac and Cheese, and a Coke. The place was neat,, service was good, People were friendly, order was out within 10 minutes. The Turkey Gobbler Sandwich had tender turkey, mayo, crispy onion, stuffing,and cranberry sauce. It was a good holiday combination, but the added stuffing made the sandwich a bit doughy for me. The White Cheddar Mac was good, needed to be a little warmer.

I go to Arby's somewhat frequently, but this is the first and last time I go to this location. Ordered a double beef and cheddar combo. When I got home and opened the bag it was a regular beef and cheddar. This was a mobile order and filled out the survey from the emailed receipt and asked to be contacted by someone. That was a week ago and nobody has reached out. It's not ok to charge someone for a double beef and cheddar but give them a regular.

The Mello Yello I ordered tasted like mint for whatever reason. That’s not the flavor of the drink at all - and now I’m worried about getting sick off of it. & I didn’t even get to finish ordering my order because they couldn’t understand what I said, yet when I pulled around they told me they understood and had already processed my order. Will not be returning.

At the end of May 2025, my daughter and I walked into Arby’s around 8 o’clock now I believe they don’t close until 10 if I remember correctly, so as we walked in the door and we walked up to the counter, the lady behind the counter while she’s staying next to the fryer Commented loudly that she can’t believe this, and she started turning a bunch of machines back on as if she had already shut them down for the night, I looked at my daughter, and I said to her I think we should go, and as we began to walk out, she walked up the counter said can I take your order? Well, we were both hungry and I decided against my better judgment to order anyway even after witnessing her attitude concerning us coming in, we placed our order and then we waited when our food was ready we sat down and we began eating. I noticed that the young lady behind the counter came out, went to the front door and locked it. I thought it was kind of interesting considering that the store was not closed yet. As I walked to throw our trash away near that door, I heard her say don’t you dare unlock that door! I don’t think she knew that I could hear her. I told my daughter I said let’s just exit out the other door that I did not see her lock. As we exited the restaurant I thought well maybe we came in right before closing so I looked at the door where they post their times of operation. Sure enough there was about. Two hours before closing. So I’m not too sure what was going on, but we were made to feel very unwelcome. I’ve noticed that fast food Is becoming more. And more Like this where young people who work there feel entitled to throw attitude at the customers. And I know that some customers can be a handful, but we had merely walked in before we started receiving attitude. I don’t remember the young lady’s last name. I do know that maybe she was having a bad night and just wanted to go home early, but you don’t treat customers that way and you definitely don’t close a restaurant Early.

Used to love Arby's, and I understand their quality has lowered like most places. But this is awful... My pregnant wife slurped up this chunky looking string out of her drink. She threw up violently after this happened. The sauce dispensers were all empty and looked dirty and unkempt. They forgot the au jus for the French dip sandwich. Jordan the cashier did not say a single word while ringing us up and looked out of it... Another sales associate was friendly and told us to have a nice day when we left. All in all, we will not be returning to this Arby's ever again.
