Ordered a cheese steak sub just cheese. And fresh cut fries and fried dough. I thought they accidentally gave me a chicken sub. It tasted like it was boiled instead of fried and it was grey with a foam consistency. When I called they said it was beef and didn't offer any fix so I wound up throwing the sub away because it wasn't edible, I took two bites then wound up throwing up 30 min later so something was wrong with it. The fries were good but they were soggy. The only thing decent was the fried dough. Delivery was about an hour and I tipped $10. I don't think I will ever order from here again, it was not this way a couple years ago.

The meat was only on one side of the roll and the roll was flimsy. Poorly assembled. Won't order food from there again . The worst cheese steak sub ever seen it. This from bellisimo on Pennsylvania Ave Westminster Maryland.

I had a issue with an order,I spoke with mike,he promptly made it right and thanked me profusely for letting him know about the issue. I will definitely continue to order,customer service is herd to find these days!

The food was great, however the space is really small I almost didn't know there was a table. The guy was really nice gave us time to look over menu. Food came out hot.

I will say the food is good, but the delivery is terrible. The past two times we've ordered, the food has been so far past their delivery window, we've had to call to find out where it is. When we ask, we're put on hold while they scramble to find information about our order, and when we ask why it's so far outside the delivery expectation that they give us in their email confirmation, they have said that we shouldn't be given a time frame because it's not reliable. It took an hour and a half for our latest order to get to us, and when we did get it they had forgotten both our sauces we had ordered for the side.

worst tasting food in westminster, hands down!! salad dressing is a year past the use by date and 100% guaranteed to cause diarrhea
We went in around 830 9 got our food and the chicken wasn't all the way cooked. Also the shrimp/crab cake meal would not recommend there were like 2 large shrimp and the crab cake was awful

Unfortunately, we have been a long time customer but after tonight we most likely will not be ordering from here again. Delivery took over an hr to only open our food and be missing parts of our order, I called and informed them of what happened and I am currently still waiting for our missing items to be delivered over another hour.

My order was for delivery. Delivery time was what they estimated it to be (50 minutes on a Thursday during dinner rush) so not too bad. I got a salad with honey mustard dressing. I even paid 60 cents for extra dressing, and they gave me honey mustard DIPPING sauce.. if you know, you know. I also got a cup of cream of crab soup that was the consistency of custard, and looked burnt around the edges like it had been sitting on a heating element for far too long ? The fries were underdone and under seasoned and the cheesesteak lacked flavor completely. It was inexpensive and they offer decent priced specials, but the food quality was unforgivable.
