I have had their coffee/latte only when visiting. I have not gotten anything else. Their coffee shop has never disappointed me. I enjoy seeing them have new stuff on the shelves for sale.

Really cool place with tons of character. The coffee menu is extensive, lots of unique sandwiches and light fare. Plenty of authentic seating. Free street parking right in front of the store. Very friendly and welcoming to all.

I used to love this cafe... The atmosphere is relaxed and staff are friendly. But the food was terrible. Coffee was average. I can't believe they even served the paninis to us, but it was togo, so I think they tried to cover up the fact they were completely burnt. They took probably at least 20 minutes to make it too. I also got the club sandwich, which is typically well stacked with meat and cheese. Theirs was not and didn't even have cheese. This was just a quick lunch stop before sadly handling funeral arrangements, so I didn't bother going back or trying to get a refund, but it definitely should've been refunded. I would use caution eating here!

this place is great, the people that work there are really nice and chill and they are very welcoming. always was given amazing service. the lattes are amazing and some of the absolute best i’ve ever had. their sandwiches are also great and i highly recommend getting some. if you’re looking for some coffee that actually tastes good give this place a try, it’s a lovely cafe. also take some of the bad reviews you might see with a grain of salt, personally i haven’t had any problems like some say they have, all the staff have been nice to me and others so idk what these people are talking about when they say the staff is rude, they’re not.
Didn't love the espresso drink..Just not rich/bold enough. Was lost in the milk. Food was OK, not great. Atmosphere ok/good. Fabric chairs need to be steam cleaned. They look dirty. Could also use more of that seating instead of all the tables.

Cute place. We didn’t get to dine in, but the staff seemed nice. Food was okay, but we could tell ingredients were purchased rather than made, which makes the food quite overpriced (a storebought plain bagel with an egg, a slice of cheese, and a slice of tomato with a frozen hashbrown was >$12).

Drinks are great but food is hit or miss, made by teenage girls who talk about killing themselves or who vape while you watch them make your order, they’re obnoxiously loud and annoying each time I’ve been in. Very unprofessional.

Food is amazing! Vibe is fantastic. Love the energy and queer love atmosphere. Only issue is the most miserable people at the register. I’ve been coming here for a long time. Servers are lovely. But I’ve had to ask almost everyone at the register if they’re okay. Genuinely irritated that you’re there. Only today they didn’t see my online order ticket come in and then when they saw I’d made it only recently, made me feel badly for coming in too soon to pick it up. Love Birdies! Just maybe have nicer people at the front ?
