I like the environment and the inclusivity, but twice in a row when I’ve been here, the WiFi has stopped working, and given that a major appeal of coffee shops is that it is a place to get work done, this was a problem. The first time it happened, I asked the employees if there was a way to fix it, and they were very rude, so I left. A month later, I returned because Starlings and Jeannie Bird were closed, hoping that the experience would be better this time, but I found two pieces of hair in my bagel that were certainly not my own and once again, the WiFi stopped working.

I order a peppermint mocha iced coffee and it was delicious! The atmosphere was so welcoming and warm. I'm definitely going to make this a regular spot for getting coffee. Yum!
