I have spent thousands at this store each year with a membership of $65, now they want $110 and are willing to lose thousands over $45? Dumb I then tried to call Corp number, 17 times to speak to a real person, either got a fast busy or it hung up. I done with this place, going to drive further to Costco instead!

Price and selection is good, but it is not worth being harassed by the countless spam bots they have roaming the aisles. I may be ok with one or two people approaching me, even that would be annoying, but my trip this morning I had 4 different people try to sell me something while I was in their store already buying something. Enough is Enough BJ's. It's just not enjoyable and not worth it.

This store is great if you only purchase name brand products. The discount you get for buying in bulk makes it much cheaper than buying the exact same products in a regular store. With that being said if you are willing to buy generic store brand you almost always can get the store brand cheaper than buying the name brand at BJ's. They do have their own store brand for some items but for many items they don't have a store brand equivalent. If you're looking to save money on name brand products this is the store for you but if you are just looking to save money on food and are willing to buy off brand you can do cheaper elsewhere. Also the automotive department told me they couldn't install my tires because I did not purchase them directly from BJ's even though every other automotive place will install tires for you regardless of where you purchased them as long as they are new tires.

The people that work their are very nice and informed. Also I had collapsed and hit my head at the store and they called my wife and a ambulance and made sure I got taken care of. Kudos to all as I don’t know specifically who helped me.

So the Lysol and wipes is only one per customer I saw them tell a African American woman only one but allowed this Caucasian women get more than one! Oh and yes they saw cause the ladies at the desk had to keep walking over to help her!!! I didn’t go for essentials I went for Gatorade.

Curbside pickup is a joke; i ended up going on for my order after waiting 10 mins in my vehicle. I verified they received my order there just lazy!!!

I have a feeling I'm not the first person to recognize Alan as being an outstanding employee here. He helped me find the last item of the shopping list that was too long for my big cart, but then went to grab another one and helped me check out. His service is above and beyond anything anyone could expect and is very much appreciated from this customer!

My past experience is BJs has not been good at other locations. This store is clean and good. The check out is a mess and they self checkout is so out of date it is sad
