I have only tried their ribeye cheesesteak and French fries, but I promise it is one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Their other food looks delicious, but their cheesesteak is on my mind 24/7. The bread holds up the PILE of meat and cheese so well - soft, delicious, and dependable. I recently had an occasion I needed catered and was having difficulty finding a company to do so. Blue Bistro was able to help me out. Not only did they accommodate my order the day it was needed, it was extraordinarily fresh, bountiful, beautiful, and delicious . I can’t thank them enough. They are sure to please.
