This isn't okay place nothing that impressed me. I ordered two dozen large blue crab which instead I got two dozen mostly large blue crab there were mediums and even a small mixed in. This seasoning was okay but I do believe they had been overcooked. Walking at first I seen the electric menu flickering making it difficult to read and order from. What do women behind the counter didn't come off as friendly and get more of an impression they didn't want to be bothered because it interferes with them looking at their phone. I think I'm going to continue to look around and check other surrounding locations and see if I can find something better. But if you get a pinched and just looking for some blue crab I would recommend this place if no one else has any

Didn't close the bag as the girl said not to. Got home and over half crabs were mushy.

So they send out a text message saying $1 #2 Maryland crabs and when I call the girl says they are for smalls!! Then she says #2 are small now lol. Smalls have never been called #2 wth why didn’t they just say $1 smalls instead of lying and making up some bullcrap when you call?? This is my favorite place to get crabs but the lying and the attitude you get from the heavy set girl that works there is making me wanna find a new place to buy from!!

Let me first start off by saying that the staff that work here are delightful! It was my first time getting crabs in Westminster and they popped up on Google. I ordered a dozen XL at $119 I think. The bag was marked LARGE and the crabs were so small, so light, and the color was off. Very very disappointed ? I took pics but can't see how to post them here on the review

In the past I have had issues with quality and service at Blue Point, but this past week we ordered them and they delivered! Crabs were full, hot, and seasoned well, the service was great and on time, and the price was beyond competitive. Give them another chance!

We happened to look up crab places in Westminster so we put in an order On Line. We had our hearts hoping it would be hot, seasoned well and be large crab legs. It does say, King Crab legs. Maybe the lady that served us had a bad day but she wasn't pleasant at all. What matters more if the foods good. The food was hot and it was still warm when we got it home. We asked for butter AND Old Bay Seasoning. This is what disappointed us the most, there wasn't a drop of Old Bay on any of it! It was DROWNED in "butter" or what ever they used. Everything was SO Greasy and had no flavor to it. I Poured off the "butter" off of everything and then rinsed it. It was almost a whole bowls worth, of "butter". I ran out of Old Bay at home so I couldn't add any to it. The crab legs were so Small and the corn on the cob was just terrible. The sausage had no flavor and the mussels were griddy. I Don't normally leave reviews but this time I had to.

Great food. Absolutely horrible service behind the counter. This is the face the business and I was so struck by how rude the staff was behind the counter. We are paying customers that love your food but will not tolerate obnoxiously rude staff. What a bad experience. This is the second time dealing with rude individuals behind the counter. The cooks are great tho but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere and not contend with behavior like I just experienced from behind the counter

The crabs are always heavy, packed full with meat and deliciously prepared. We live in Westminster so we use the Blue Point on Jermor Lane all the time. The staff are polite and friendly and prepare the food well. They have outstanding specials on steamed shrimp, shrimp salad, and steamed crabs.
