Bud's at Silver Run

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal for our anniversary, I had the veal chop that was cooked perfectly the side was a gnocchi with mushroom and spinach in a bone broth. My wife had the Salmon it cooked medium perfect. The service was excellent very attentive no issues.

Bud's at Silver Run overall is a decent restaurant but for the prices they charge my crab cakes could have been alot better, more shells than I care for and filler plus there was no old bay flavor at all. This is Maryland, home of the crab cakes, comon! My crab soup had 1 piece of crab meat the size of a nickel in it and a few chunks of tomato, very little veggies. My wife's Chicken Chesapeake we've had a lot better and cheaper elsewhere. The only food thing they got right was the salad and the side of veggies which was squash and small potatoes. For $115 for 2 people I could have went up the street and got alot more food and better tasting. Only redeeming factor was our server Amy who was awesome! Keep up the great work!

Well Buds made it right. I am not a complainer but the meal we had was not their usual great food. I do highly recommend their restaurant. Great owner who cares. Thank you.

I live close to Buds and my family frequents often.We have always been very satisfied with service and food. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. Last night I went and am always delighted with the soups they make. I started my meal with a wonderful sprout salad and potato and steak soup. I got tge special which was oysters Rockefeller and they were to die for. Not often do I wake up thinking about my amazing meal tge night before lol. I brought some soup home and got to enjoy it for lunch today. Can't wait till my next trip to buds.

Ate at the pub side. It was great. Burger & fries, perfect. Mussels, wow. Salad, loaded. Corn fritters, just like mom used to make. Super friendly folks. We'll be back.

We have spent our wedding anniversary at Bud's the last four years in a row. We will be back next year!! We are always impressed.

Prompt attentive service, owner visited our table twice and engaged us in pleasant conversation. Timing of courses was perfect and, as always, the food was superb. Nice wine selection and plenty of easy parking. This is our Go-To restaurant for special occasions. Wait staff was friendly and attended to our every request.

They were very accommodating by seating us in the dining room (because elderly mother has difficulty sitting on tall chairs on pub side), but they still allowed us to order from both the pub and dining room menus. Our server (Amy) was on top of her game, and the food was excellent!

Buds is a nice place to have a drink passing by or eating in the main dining room which is very classy!

I had been out shopping with my Nephew and we were hungry so we came to Bud's as we were driving by something good was cooking we could smell it ,so we turned around. We ate outside at the picnic tables with umbrella.I did look inside to ask if we could eat outside. It was nice inside and I looked at the dinning room it was very pretty. I would go back for dinner. I had a bowl of soup and a cobb salad they wete both delicious. My Nephew had a big burger that had the works roast beef bacon and cheese he couldn't stop talking about it on the way home. The people were very nice. The salad was so big I couldn't eat it all.

Excellent..5 Stars. 1st time and it surely won't be our last time. From walking in the door and the greeting until leaving, everything about the experience was just perfect! We made reservations for New Years eve based on this visit. This place is a gem and the food and service was the way it used to be...just plain awesome.

Everything was great, I had the duck confit and crème brûlée for dessert.

Great Place to eat! A independent restaurant that gives a great menu offering. Chain restaurants are no match.

The food and service by Amy were excellent! She was perfectly attentive and all of our courses were tasty.
